  I wish I could leave a higher grade. We had a great sales and design experience with Gabriela, and the ensuing installation was ok. However, Wren's aftercare is really lacking (if not to say, inexistent...). We reported waterproofing and drainage issues back in March, shortly after the kitchen was installed, and they still haven't been addressed. The Customer Installations Team takes weeks to reply and when they do, the answers are hardly satisfactory ("we will get back to you and contact your installation team"). After five months of this, we feel taken for fools.

  Who’s the man? Kam’s the man! Firstly our kitchen turned out fantastic, exactly as we had planned out with Kam, he really understood our vision and was able to help us execute it. Throughout the whole process Kam was friendly and extremely helpful, building work is always difficult but from design to build Wren and Kam were our most reliable aspect. I can imagine we wasn’t the easiest to deal with as there was a lot of us involved and we had to coordinate around other building work, yet we still had a fantastic experience. Couldn’t recommend Kam and the rest of the team at Wren more.

  Went to discuss a potential kitchen purchase. It took longer than 2hrs which wren assured me is fine as they have a system to prevent any parking fines. 3 months later, I get a parking ticket. I've contacted them by store and also via email and they are now ignoring paying the parking fine. Very disappointed in their service when they insisted it's fine to park for longer due to then having a way of notifying the parking company.

  Had an appointment booked with them for a kitchen design which took 3h15. We advised them that the car park limit was approaching before the 3hr mark which they told us not to worry about as they took our reg plate and said they could log this and we wouldn't get a fine. 2 months later we've had a fine through and no one from Wren is responding. We were still choosing our kitchen but fair to say Wren is now ruled out given this customer care. If you visit here be very careful of the time they spend designing.

  I have been to see Stefan at Wren kitchens, he is honestly the best. He looked after us like he was designing his own kitchen, only wanting the best but also ensuring costs wouldn’t go sky high. He was genuine and honest and I really would recommend seeing him if you’re looking for a new kitchen!
