  We had a great experience working with Stefan on our Wren kitchen. His customer service was brilliant throughout and he not only designed an amazing kitchen but kept us updated with the best pricing and discounts. Thanks Stefan for all your hard work and efforts for us!

  Very disappointed with the service we received from Wren Kitchens. Our kitchen delivery was scheduled for today, and we had arranged and paid for a builder to be on site to start the installation. When the delivery driver arrived, there was a parking space available, but instead of delivering the kitchen, he left without completing the delivery. We were not given a satisfactory explanation, and this has caused significant inconvenience and additional costs for us. As a result, we have lost money on builder fees and our project has been delayed. We expected much better communication and customer service, especially given the amount we have spent on our kitchen. We hope Wren Kitchens will take responsibility for this issue and resolve it promptly.

  Absolutely terrible experience. The delivery van arrived but the driver refused to unload my kitchen, claiming there was no space to park despite there being space directly outside my building. This has delayed my kitchen installation and left me paying extra costs for my fitter. Very disappointing service and poor customer care. Once the order has been placed, don’t expect much help from the showroom. When problems arise, you’re left chasing for answers yourself. Keep away and save yourself the stress. Would not recommend.

  It’s been fourth months since I’ve paid a deposit for a bedroom wardrobe unit. If you don’t call them they’d never arrange anything. Even you’ve called them they’d not get back. The installer was due to install and there was no units ordered. The worst costumer service I’ve ever seen.

  We have had a wonderful experience with Wren Kitchens! Our designer, Kam Bansal, from Staples Corner branch has been brilliant from beginning to end, and we can't praise him highly enough. Coming to the end of a big building project, we were a bit frazzled, but Kam carefully assessed our needs and went through lots of different options and ideas. It was really helpful to see the initial designs in 3-D, and then through the virtual reality headsets. We had several meetings to discuss space and priorities. Kam made tweaks along the way and showed us different styles, colours, tiling ideas, worktops and designs. Nothing was too much trouble. Once we decided on the design and colour scheme, Kam undertook a home visit to check final measurements. We then had a final meeting on site to finalise the design, discuss appliances and confirm that we were completely happy with everything. Kam also sent us the technical specifications for all the appliances, so that we could choose ourselves and check reviews independently. The process was very smooth and efficient, from beginning to end. All the fitting specification documents and delivery information were incredibly efficient and detailed. Great communications from all departments. Everything arrived on time. We are delighted with the finished product. The photos, we consider, speak for themselves! The kitchen is so well designed, and a joy to use. Wren were extremely good value and Kam was exceptional! Highly recommended.
