  I honestly can’t recommend Frankie at Wren Bromley enough. From my very first appointment, Frankie was incredibly patient and understanding. I had so many questions, changed my mind more times than I’d like to admit, and wasn’t always certain about exactly what I wanted. Despite this, Frankie never once made me feel rushed or pressured. He offered me multiple appointments and, more importantly, gave me the space and time to think, reflect and really work out what I wanted from my kitchen. I spoke to several other kitchen companies during the process, but ultimately, it was Frankie’s patience, knowledge and approach that made me decide to go with Wren. He genuinely made the whole experience for me. I’m so happy with the design of my kitchen. Every detail has been so well thought out, and I really feel that the space has been maximised while still creating a kitchen that feels beautiful, practical and completely suited to me. A huge thank you to Frankie for making what could have been a stressful process such a positive and enjoyable experience.

  Can’t believe how bad they’ve been. Designer failed to tell us about numerous important things, delivery of the wardrobes caused significant amount of damage which they said they would pay for and they still haven’t. We have paid a significant amount of money for both new wardrobes and a kitchen and their customer service after we paid the deposit was nothing short of appalling. Was referred to the store manager who was very quick to apologise and say she will personally sort everything for us herself then promptly went on holiday for a week without telling anyone the issues. Also had numerous installers round, only one of which they actually have any faith in. One of them, Ed, the designer was actually quoted in saying ‘we have issues with him all the time’. Why are you still recommending him then?! Not even got our kitchen in yet but I know there will be issues. Please, do yourself a favour and avoid.

  Designing a kitchen can feel overwhelming, but Frankie made the entire process seamless. Frankie listened carefully to what we needed, tweaked the 3D CAD design until it was spot-on, and helped us optimize the design so we got maximum style for an affordable price. Frankie’s attention to detail and honest advice saved us money without sacrificing quality. Thank you, Frankie, for turning our ideas into a fantastic kitchen design!
