  Frankie was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. He was incredibly professional, attentive and genuinely committed to understanding our needs and bringing our vision to life. His expertise, attention to detail and friendly approach made the entire design process a fantastic experience. If you’re looking to get the most out of your kitchen design at Wren, we couldn’t recommend Frankie highly enough!

  Had to write another review because of how appalling they have been. I bought my kitchen from them, which including fitting, cost over £20k. It has been a completely shocking experience from start to finish. Ultimately we have now been left with a wonky kitchen, holes in the roof, no skirting board, writing all over our units and no accountability from Wren at all. We have written to the furniture ombudsman, and will write to the finance provider to issue a section 75 under the consumer rights act. The showroom wash their hands of you as soon as you pay. Jess, the showroom manager, promised to sort compensation out to me but have not spoken to her for months. DO NOT USE WREN KITCHENS & SPECIFICALLY DO NOT USE THIS SHOW ROOM

  I would urge you to avoid Wren Kitchens at all costs. Everything is great until they've got your money. If you encounter any issues with installation, they don't want to know. I have a multitude of issues with my new kitchen and I've been met with a wall of silence from Wren. Please read the negative reviews and steer clear of Wren.

  We recently had a Kitchne done from Wren. Frankie from the Bromley was our designer and was a big help of navigating through the process. Frankie gave us plenty time and multiple appointments and he was very calm and patience with our wierd quetions. Only disappointment was that Wren as other providers couldn't do custom cabinets. Other than very happy with the service and would recommned Wren kitchens.

  I honestly can’t recommend Frankie at Wren Bromley enough. From my very first appointment, Frankie was incredibly patient and understanding. I had so many questions, changed my mind more times than I’d like to admit, and wasn’t always certain about exactly what I wanted. Despite this, Frankie never once made me feel rushed or pressured. He offered me multiple appointments and, more importantly, gave me the space and time to think, reflect and really work out what I wanted from my kitchen. I spoke to several other kitchen companies during the process, but ultimately, it was Frankie’s patience, knowledge and approach that made me decide to go with Wren. He genuinely made the whole experience for me. I’m so happy with the design of my kitchen. Every detail has been so well thought out, and I really feel that the space has been maximised while still creating a kitchen that feels beautiful, practical and completely suited to me. A huge thank you to Frankie for making what could have been a stressful process such a positive and enjoyable experience.
