  Ordered a kitchen and it arrived completely smashed. The packaging was laughably inadequate for something made of wood—it stood no chance during transit. Kitchen items need to be packed with care, and this clearly wasn't. Save yourself the headache and buy your cookware elsewhere.

  Good design and quality kitchen really let down by fitting and aftercare. We ordered a kitchen from Wren, the overall process of design was great and then the quality we are really happy with. However their original kitchen fitter did not turn up on the day booked, the fitters tried to hide a couple mistakes and some cupboards turned up with small bumps/scrapes as well a couple missing hinges/cupboard doors. When asking for replacement pieces Wren proceeded to send the wrong pieces, given the fix job was small their fitters never responded which meant we needed get my own fitter in multiple times. So far Wren has offered to cover some of the additional fitting cost but I have lost time co-ordinating what should have been on them.

  Horrible experience with Wren. I bought a mid-range Shaker kitchen this year and the kitchen designer put massive gaps behind the lower cupboards so that I have lost a lot of cupboard space. He said it was for 'utility pipes' but the gaps are between 20cm-25cm. Also, an upper wall-mounted cupboard hits a ceiling beam when opened and another cupboard opens with a swing mechanism which flips upwards which means that I cannot close the cupboard. The materials are cheap and the doors feel flimsy. The kitchen designer did not explain the huge gaps to me at my appointment but left it to me to notice on the very technical design plans on A4 paper with tiny measurements. When I queried the swing-mechanism on the cupboard that I cannot reach, the designer said "that's the way it is", which is not true because my mother's Wren kitchen that she bought last year has the exact same cupboard above the microwave and it opens to the left which means that she can easily close the door. As mentioned, I have not had a response to my complaint and I feel fobbed off and ripped off by Wren.

  Avoid Wren Edmonton!!!! My experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. During the design process, Ola failed to properly account for my sloped ceiling, which resulted in unexpected additional costs and delays later on. The installation was then cancelled at short notice, incorrect parts were supplied, and I was forced to take multiple days of unpaid leave from work to deal with the issues. What made the situation even more frustrating was that I was repeatedly assured by the store manager, Omar, that the extra costs incurred during installation would be covered. Despite these promises, no reimbursement was ever provided. The entire process was marked by poor communication, poor planning, and a complete lack of accountability. After spending significant time, money, and effort trying to resolve these problems, I cannot recommend Wren Edmonton based on my experience.

  Do not order from here. I’ve had a nightmare from the start. And wish I hadn’t now continued with this store. First adviser did a rubbish design with no drawers and was more keen on getting his commission than my plan right. Second designer didn’t explain to me the panelling had a choice of oak or grey and just ordered me grey and I didn’t find out until my kitchen was being installed as it was never explained to me nor was I offered the choice. When I asked her she told me the range only came on ash grey panelling but it doesn’t. The manger is helpful but can’t correct his team’s errors. I have escalated to customer care who tell me they will look into it and “if escalated will contact me”. All in all a nightmare experience. Was was my dream kitchen now ruined because of incompetent staff. Go elsewhere.
