  Happy with my new Infinite plus kitchen. Nice finishings. Nice staff. Plenty of emails following up after purchase re delivery. Delivery guys very good.

  We visited the store today. The staff member at the entrance was quite unwelcoming and unprofessionally asked if we were 'actually going to buy' before giving us an appointment. We wouldn't visit the store if we weren't serious buyers. I believe having staff with this kind of attitude at the entrance will only lead to negative reviews for the store. Thankfully, another employee, Ahmed, stepped in. He was very polite, took us seriously, and provided excellent service. Huge thanks to Ahmed for saving our experience!

  We are very happy with our experience with Wren Kitchens Acton branch and would highly recommend them. A special thank you to our designer, Safia at the Acton branch. She was incredibly patient, attentive to detail, and always responsive throughout the entire design process. She took the time to help us make the right decisions and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and enjoyable. We were equally impressed with Wren’s after-sales service. A couple of items were missing from our delivery, but every issue was dealt with quickly and professionally. The team stayed in touch, responded promptly, and arranged replacement deliveries without any hassle. It was clear that customer satisfaction remained a priority even after the installation. The quality of the fitted wardrobes is excellent. We have a very recent experience to compare it with, as we also purchased a kitchen island from Magnet Kitchens. Unfortunately, their after-sales service was disappointing, and we experienced ongoing difficulties resolving issues after the installation. In contrast, Wren’s customer service was exceptional from the initial design stage right through to the completion of the project. The quality of Wren’s furniture is also noticeably better. We are genuinely delighted with the finished wardrobes and would like to thank Safia and the entire Wren team for delivering such an outstanding experience.

  We had great experiences from the start to the finish. Starting with really professional designer - Abdul Kareem Taja, who helped us design our kitchen, answered all our questions, made very useful suggestions on layout and design and cost, and made changes when we needed them. The kitchen was delivered on time. There were few chipped doors that have been replaced very quickly and efficiently. Really happy with the end result. It looks more expensive than it actually cost
