  We had great experiences from the start to the finish. Starting with really professional designer - Abdul Kareem Taja, who helped us design our kitchen, answered all our questions, made very useful suggestions on layout and design and cost, and made changes when we needed them. The kitchen was delivered on time. There were few chipped doors that have been replaced very quickly and efficiently. Really happy with the end result. It looks more expensive than it actually cost

  We had a fantastic experience with Abdul at Wren Kitchens. From the very beginning, he was incredibly accommodating with appointment times and always very communicative. Despite working to a tight timescale, he managed to get everything designed, finalised, and delivered within just a few weeks, which was hugely appreciated. (However, I do not recommend leaving it that late). Abdul’s knowledge and advice were invaluable throughout the process. He took the time to explain different styles, materials, and how best to care for and maintain the kitchen long-term, which really helped us make informed decisions. He also advised us on available discounts and made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free. The 0% finance option from Wren was an added bonus. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Abdul to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

  Where is my missing unit ? The delivery team is not sending any right order even I paid and they don’t give me timeslot to choose for delivery. I’m waiting at home whole day . Cannot even deserve 1 star! Such a horrible experience from start to finish. The initial measurements were wrong, which meant I had to order extra units just to fill the gap. After the deal was closed, there was no follow-up and assistance from the designer sales The customer service hotline is extremely difficult to get through to. I spent weeks chasing missing units and replacement parts, only to receive delayed email updates after they “checked with the factory and logistics team.” One part even went missing, and there was no callback from the driver for delivery. On top of that, the worktop measurement was hugely delayed because the units had not even been built yet.worktop team refused to give priority date. No compensation or proper solution was ever offered despite all the inconvenience caused. Don’t be fooled by the false marketing — avoid this vendor if you want to save yourself the stress and frustration.

  Wrong measurement took need to redesign after shipping, and missing several units. Waited long time for re-delivery and they said they lost the item, need to manufacturing again. Total nightmare.

  AVOID! We've had one of the most frustrating experiences with Wren kitchens. We ordered a new built-in wardrobe, which understandably took time. Wren seem to work with a range of sub-contractors for every single step of the installation process. Frist, it gets delivered on one date, without any confirmation when the installation would take place (spoiler it took them 3 weeks for someone to come and install the wardrobe and during this time we literally lived surrounded by boxes). Then, when the installer came, we saw that TWO parts were destroyed during the delivery and one part was missing. Another round of calling them (and frankly what felt like being intentionally avoided by Emilia from the Acton branch) to schedule the delivery of the new parts. Then, they arrive but guess what? The part that was missing didn't! We had to go in-person to sort out the missing part's delivery. Again, without any information about when it might get installed. Then, we get an email to tell us the time slot for installation - installer never shows up. We've been passed around by their useless customer service team the whole morning, who'd pass us to their installation team, who keep on giving us the wrong number for the installer. Albeit incomplete, the wardrobe is beautiful but for the amount of money we're paying, the customer service and their entire delivery and installation process is absolutely unacceptable.
