  We feel so blessed every time we walk into our kitchen, and that is largely thanks to our amazing kitchen designer Baruch. He went above and beyond to make sure our requirements were met and really listened to what we wanted. We came across a few obstacles along the way, but he always found creative solutions and made things work! To be honest, it’s hard to find the words to fully express how grateful we are for the level of support he showed us throughout the whole process. No request ever felt too big or too small, and we genuinely felt supported from start to finish.

  Designing a kitchen can be challenging for both the customer and the designer. Good communication is essential. A good designer listens carefully, understands your requirements, and works with you to achieve the best possible result. That is exactly what Sayed Rahman at Beckton Wren did. From the beginning, Sayed was patient, professional, and easy to work with. He never rushed us, never made us feel that our questions were a problem, and always took the time to understand what we wanted. He worked hard and genuinely wanted us to have the best kitchen possible. We know we could sometimes be challenging because we wanted every detail to be just right, but Sayed remained patient and worked through every detail with us from start to finish. He gave practical, cost effective suggestions and explained clearly why some ideas would work better than others. At the same time, he was always open to our suggestions. Whenever we came up with an idea, he discussed it with us, acknowledged it, and, if it improved the design, happily implemented it. His priority was always achieving the best possible result. That collaborative approach made the whole process enjoyable and stress free. My advice to anyone planning a new kitchen is to have a clear idea of what you want and bring pictures or renders as examples. A designer cannot read your mind, but clear visuals make it much easier to understand your vision. Once Sayed understood exactly what we wanted, he turned it into reality. We would also like to thank Mark Dance, the Showroom Manager at Beckton Wren. He was customer focused, approachable, and supportive. His leadership was reflected in the excellent service we received. Thank you, Mark, for helping make the whole experience a positive one. Thank you, Sayed Rahman, for your patience, professionalism, honesty, attention to detail, willingness to listen, and hard work. We ended up with the perfect kitchen for our home. I would happily recommend Sayed to anyone looking for a designer who genuinely listens, works with you, and is committed to achieving the best possible outcome.

  ⭐ 1 Star – £18,900 Kitchen Failing After Just Four Months I deeply regret choosing Wren Kitchens. After spending £18,900 on what I believed would be a premium-quality kitchen purchased from the Beckton showroom, I have been left extremely disappointed by both the product quality and the company’s after-sales service. Within just four months of installation, several unit backs became swollen and uneven, while the finish and colour started peeling away. This is clearly not normal wear and tear and should never happen to a kitchen of this age or price. I have also experienced problems with a laundry cupboard door due to a faulty bracket, which prevents it from closing properly and leaves a noticeable gap. In addition, the drawers feel flimsy and cheaply made, completely at odds with the premium product I believed I was purchasing. What has been most frustrating is Wren’s response to these issues. When I raised my concerns with customer services, I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. Rather than investigating the issues properly, the responses I received came across as defensive and, at times, rude. I was repeatedly told the damage could be caused by moisture or steam from normal cooking. Kitchens are specifically designed for cooking environments, so a product that cannot withstand everyday household use for more than a few months raises serious questions about its quality. The kitchen was sold with a 20-year warranty, which gave me confidence that I was investing in a durable, long-lasting product. However, when genuine defects appeared within months of installation, I was met with excuses rather than meaningful support. I provided clear video evidence showing the defects and faulty components, yet my concerns were largely dismissed. Instead of helping resolve the problems, it felt as though the company was looking for reasons to avoid responsibility. For nearly £19,000, I expected quality craftsmanship, durable materials and professional customer care. Instead, I have received defective units, faulty fittings, poor-quality drawers and a customer service experience that has been both frustrating and disappointing. Had I known the standard of product and aftercare I would receive, I would never have chosen Wren Kitchens. A kitchen promoted with a 20-year warranty should not be showing signs of failure after only four months, and customers should not have to fight to have obvious faults acknowledged. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Wren Kitchens. The showroom displays may look impressive, but my experience has been very different once the sale was completed. I would strongly advise potential customers to consider alternative suppliers before making such a significant investment.

  We visited Wren Kitchens to look around. Whilst browsing we were approached by Supriya, the salesperson who eventually designed our kitchen. She was helpful and welcoming, and very attentive throughout the process. It was clear that she knew her job.The end result is that we now have a great kitchen, and must commend Wren on the quality of their Kitchens and customer care. We have had a very positive experience from Wren, therefore we have no hesitation in recommending Wren Kitchens.

  We had a fantastic experience with Wren Kitchens from start to finish. A special thank you to Supriya at London Beckton’s store, who supported us throughout the process. She took the time to really understand our needs and guided us in choosing the right kitchen cabinets for our newly built home. Her explanations were clear and helpful, making what could have been an overwhelming process feel simple. Supriya’s knowledge and attention to detail gave us confidence in the decisions we made. She made us feel valued as customers and ensured we were happy with our choices. Thanks to her support, we now feel that choosing Wren Kitchens was absolutely worth it. Would highly recommend!
