  Excellent Experience at Wren Chiswick We had a fantastic experience with Wren Chiswick. The showroom is beautiful, and the staff were friendly, happy and genuinely helpful throughout. We received great advice and were very impressed with the price and overall value. Our kitchen has now been fitted, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. It looks fantastic and feels like a great-quality kitchen. We would definitely recommend Wren Chiswick to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

  We had a fantastic experience visiting Wren Kitchens in Chiswick. Kim and her team were absolutely brilliant from start to finish — incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and, most importantly, genuinely helpful without making us feel under any pressure. The advice and ideas Kim gave us were excellent and really helped us think about what we would want from a new kitchen. You can tell she has a real passion for what she does and takes the time to understand what the customer actually needs. We went in simply to have a look and get some ideas, but we came away seriously contemplating making our next kitchen a Wren kitchen — which probably says everything! A big thank you to Kim and the whole Chiswick team for making the experience so enjoyable. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  We were looking for a fitted wardrobe. We went to the Chiswick Wren Kitchen showroom. The salesman said the measurements were tight but he would check it. He asked for a £260 deposit but "there would be no problem" if it turned out that the measurements could not be done by Wren. A few days later it was agreed between the salesman and me that the measurements did not work for either party. Since then, I have not heard anything from Wren Kitchens about getting my deposit back. The salesman said "it is with management" and he can't help. Be Warned!! Do not give Wren any deposits unless they confirm from the start that there are no problems. I will never use Wren Kitchens again and will now have to battle with Head Office. Very very poor customer service. PS - someone at Wren Kitchen saw my comments and said someone would be in touch before Monday, 17th August. Heard nothing from them. To be fair to Wren Kitchens: they have now refunded my deposit. I thank them.

  I had a really lovely experience visiting Wren Kitchens in Chiswick. Kim was absolutely amazing and so kind and helpful throughout the whole process. She took the time to go through different designs with me and helped me decide which one would work best for my kitchen. I really appreciated her patience, knowledge and friendly approach. She made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable

  We’ve fitted a number of Wren kitchens for our customers and overall have had a good experience with the product. The kitchens generally look great once installed, and the majority of our customers have been very pleased with the finished result. From an installer’s point of view, we do occasionally come across minor issues during fitting, which is not unusual with kitchens of this type. The main downside we’ve experienced has been when items are missing or need replacing — on some projects, waiting for these to be delivered has caused delays and made completing the installation more difficult. That said, overall the product is good, there is plenty of choice, and we’ve seen some really nice finished kitchens. Based on our experience fitting them across different projects, a solid 4 stars.
