  Really awful experience at Wren kitchens. Looking at the other positive reviews it appears that other names have been mentioned, so I assume it is a lottery on which designer you get. I would highly recommend you reconsider your kitchen designer if you assigned one of the three above. Bless them, they are all so lovely but honestly really incompetent (sorry!). They are so nice on the phone and meeting in person but seem to be just unable to work effectively. Unfortunately being nice isnt enough when you're paying 10k + After every appointment I am promised contracts or pictures to be sent. Each one has failed to deliver this until I chase and chase again. Multiple missed emails. Impossible to get a hold of them. I even rang up once and asked for someone to call me back and a girl on the phone answered incredulously "what? You want them to ring you back?" And laughed at me? Surely not that ridiculous to ask for someone to call me back? You cant be that busy. Haven't received my kitchen and looking at other reviews, receiving deposit back seems like a nightmare. Have no idea what to do, I'm heartbroken. Hopefully they won't sabotage my kitchen or delay the process of receiving my deposit back based on this review... Please rethink/try somewhere else if you're considering Wren greenwich!! I assume its an area issue so maybe a different branch is better. Also agree with other comments that engagement drops off after you've paid your deposit. I guess it must be the way they earn their commission stops after you've paid your deposit? I never knew getting a kitchen could be so difficult. This has been the most stressful experience. No one contacts you for anything, you're left in the dark. Runaway if you can!!

  visited this store last week and honestly had such an amazing experience! Every part of my visit was perfect-from the moment I walked in, the staff were so friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find exactly what I needed. The products are great quality and the prices are really reasonable too-great value for money. Everything about the store, the team, the products, the pricing, and even the management was so good i would definetly recommend.

  I had a great experience with Wren Greenwich. I found a great selection of kitchens, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The free design consultation made everything easy and enjoyable.

  We had an amazing experience with Armani at Wren Kitchens. From start to finish she was incredibly informative, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to really understand what we wanted, answered every question thoroughly, and made the whole process feel stress-free and enjoyable. Her attention to detail and expertise gave us so much confidence in our choices, and she never made us feel rushed or pressured at any point. Armani went above and beyond to help us create a kitchen that works perfectly for our space and lifestyle. Excellent customer service, professional throughout, and genuinely lovely to deal with. Highly recommend asking for Armani if you visit Wren Kitchens!
