  Words can’t express how disappointed I am with their service from point of payment to delivery to missing items and wait time god replacement then tried contact but had to wait for few days before anyone come back

  recently redo my kitchen. We were so lucky as we were assigned to work with Anya! She is incredibly professional and patient. Every time we met, she listened us and understood our concerns and ideas. Highly recommend who ever wants to work on their kitchen, work with Anya!!

  Wonderful experience and it’s all thanks to Amz! Making a purchase like a kitchen or doing home renovations is a mentally daunting task. I was unsure and felt overwhelmed but luckily Amz was my designer. He is GREAT! I can’t express how smooth he made the process for me. He has excellent knowledge, in depth understanding of design, innovative approach, flexible and kind. Honestly, I he is one of the best service people I have ever encountered. Wren’s is truly fortunate to have him on their team. I don’t usually do this but I feel inclined to contact head office and give acknowledgment to him. 5* isn’t enough. The other staff were friendly, accommodating and the atmosphere there was great. I’m am a very happy customer and cannot wait for my new kitchen to arrive! Thank you

  Visited Greenwich Store last week, terrible service. You walk in and out and no one would notice or ask anything. I had bad experiences with some stores but Wren Greenwich by far takes the lead.

  Very disappointing experience at Wren Greenwich. My girlfriend and I visited the Greenwich showroom for a kitchen appointment with Hayat. To be fair, she was friendly and helpful, and the initial design was based on exactly what my girlfriend wanted. The problem came when we discussed the price. We were asked to pay a 10% deposit, but we explained that we wanted one day to think about it. Hayat then spoke to her manager to see whether any further discount was possible. We were then told that the manager had authorised an additional £989 discount, but only if we paid the 10% deposit that same day. PLEASE AVOID AND SHOP ELSEWHERE. This really surprised me. I had previously been told when my mum purchased a kitchen from Wren Beckton that discounts were strictly controlled and that staff could not simply authorise even a small discount unless changes were made to the kitchen. So being offered almost £1,000 extra discount simply for paying the deposit immediately left me questioning how Wren’s pricing and discounting actually works. We decided not to pay and left the showroom. We later visited Wren Catford to modify the design and reduce the price by removing some appliances and a panel. However, when we asked about the price there, we were told that it was not negotiable. The completely different experiences at the two branches have left me very uncomfortable. I am not accusing individual staff members of dishonesty, but I do think Wren needs to be much clearer and more transparent about its pricing and discount policy. If a £989 discount can suddenly be offered when a customer is ready to pay a deposit, customers deserve to understand why that discount wasn’t included in the original quotation and what the actual pricing policy is.
