At Wren, we like to do things a little differently. We work with you from start to finish, to make sure we create your dream kitchen or bedroom at the right price for you. We call this The Wren Way.
Visited Greenwich Store last week, terrible service. You walk in and out and no one would notice or ask anything.
I had bad experiences with some stores but Wren Greenwich by far takes the lead.

Very disappointing experience at Wren Greenwich.
My girlfriend and I visited the Greenwich showroom for a kitchen appointment with Hayat. To be fair, she was friendly and helpful, and the initial design was based on exactly what my girlfriend wanted.
The problem came when we discussed the price. We were asked to pay a 10% deposit, but we explained that we wanted one day to think about it. Hayat then spoke to her manager to see whether any further discount was possible.
We were then told that the manager had authorised an additional £989 discount, but only if we paid the 10% deposit that same day. PLEASE AVOID AND SHOP ELSEWHERE.
This really surprised me. I had previously been told when my mum purchased a kitchen from Wren Beckton that discounts were strictly controlled and that staff could not simply authorise even a small discount unless changes were made to the kitchen. So being offered almost £1,000 extra discount simply for paying the deposit immediately left me questioning how Wren’s pricing and discounting actually works.
We decided not to pay and left the showroom.
We later visited Wren Catford to modify the design and reduce the price by removing some appliances and a panel. However, when we asked about the price there, we were told that it was not negotiable.
The completely different experiences at the two branches have left me very uncomfortable. I am not accusing individual staff members of dishonesty, but I do think Wren needs to be much clearer and more transparent about its pricing and discount policy.
If a £989 discount can suddenly be offered when a customer is ready to pay a deposit, customers deserve to understand why that discount wasn’t included in the original quotation and what the actual pricing policy is.

Would not recommend. We are still in conversation with Wren about offers and advice we were given by the designers at Wren Kitchens in Greenwich that they are now saying we were not eligible for. It appears the sales team at Greenwich can say whatever they want, as after sales care is dealt with centrally and say something completely different to what you're initially told, meaning there is no guarantee of getting what you've been offered.
For example, we were sold a kitchen that didn't work as the sink we had chosen was not compatible with our worktop, despite it being visible as an option on their website. We then had to send emails back and forth to the central team to get some money back to purchase a sink that would work.
We also were told we would receive £200 for recommending a friend. Despite emails and video calls proving this was offered, we've now been told by the central team that this was never something that we should have been offered and therefore won't be able to get this.
I don't know if all Wren showrooms are the same, but avoid this one - we have spent the past 6 months since receiving our kitchen unpicking the truth and the lies we were told by the designers!

We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen from Wren Kitchens. From the initial design consultation through to ordering and delivery, the whole process was smooth, professional and easy to navigate. The app was helpful, although perhaps could be improved to become more interactive and intuitive. For our kitchen choices, there was an excellent range of styles, finishes and options to choose from, allowing us to create almost exactly the kitchen we wanted.
A special thank you to Hayat, who took the time to really listen to our needs and preferences and transformed them into a fantastic design that works perfectly and optimally for our home. Her expertise, patience and attention to detail made all the difference.
We are extremely pleased with the quality and look of our new kitchen and would happily recommend both Hayat and Wren Kitchens to anyone considering a new kitchen project. Thank you for helping us create a space we truly love.

Sadly really do not recommend getting your kitchen from Wren. My initial designer was useless, found out at my finalising appointment half of what he told me was a load of rubbish and someone else had to fix it. He personally recommended a Wren approved installer and booked it in for me. My kitchen got delivered yesterday only for me to find out at 4pm that he booked it wrong and my installer just isn’t showing up to fit my kitchen- who also was very rude to me on the phone and tried to claim it was my fault for not knowing how long a kitchen takes to fit. Apparently the person who designed my kitchen doesn’t even work in the store now so god knows if my kitchen has even been designed correctly. I am pregnant and this has caused me untold stress. Please go with Howdens or literally anyone else. If I could give zero stars I would but I have to give one to post a review.
