I was very impressed with her design and we worked together to make the perfect kitchen for the space. I felt the price was very fair for whatI ordered including all AEG appliances. Erin followed up on emails and phone calls really well and it made me feel like a valued customer. I am unsure about the negative reviews on here for this store but ensure you visit this store and ask for Erin. Thank you again!!

Multiple serious issues stemming from the store team blatantly lying to us throughout the entire process. We've ended up with a kitchen that's nothing like what we discussed, with missing appliance credit. Zero customer-centric approach. Staff even had the audacity to talk over us on the phone, laughing and snickering when we raised legitimate concerns. Magnet Balham's dishonesty and unprofessionalism are shocking. They've shown complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere for your kitchen needs. This level of service is inexcusable from a supposedly reputable company.

Wasted journey on a Sunday morning as magnet can only replace doors or cabinets on their own product and that if you have used them in the last ten years as their specifications are now different.
