  Unfortunately I did not read the reviews before signing up with this company. We had a very bad experience with our kitchen. Designer was pushing us to sigh the contract before the Christmas sales started so they can change us more.The communication was arrogant and unpleasant. So disappointed with the service. We still are waiting for the worktops to be installed. Hopefully then can get one thing correct. :((

  Really pleased with the finish on this Magnet kitchen. The customer wanted something very clean and minimalist, and the finished kitchen has come out exactly as intended. We supplied the Magnet kitchen but carried out the fitting with our own in-house installation team, which meant we could manage the whole process and make sure the standard of fitting was exactly where we wanted it. With a minimalist kitchen, the fitting really matters – cabinet alignment, gaps, worktops and all the smaller finishing details are much more noticeable. Our fitters did a fantastic job and the whole installation went very smoothly. We know installation and communication can be a concern when buying a kitchen, so being able to combine a Magnet kitchen with our own experienced fitting team gives our customers the reassurance that the job will be properly managed from start to finish. Another very happy customer and a great finished result.

  Disappointing customer service experience with Magnet High Street Kensington store, in particular with Stuart. Poor communication and lack of effort to keep us updated once sale was finalised. It feels like the main priority is making a sale rather than providing satisfactory service. We tried to request an alternative delivery day and following numerous emails and attempts at calls we got ignored until the very last minute where we were stuck with a redelivery fee and our items in a showroom. In no time during this ordeal, even after numerous emails where we showcased our disappointment and complaints, did Stuart sound apologetic or with interest to make our experience better, once again showcasing how the biggest priority is hitting those sale targets. Our experience has been long and stressful and we do not wish it on anyone. Magnet should focus its efforts on excellent customer service from start to finish, pre and post sale. Do not recommend it.

  I ended up with a botched IKEA kitchen for the price of a Magnet one. Very disappointed with the quality of the installation. Felt very much dumped by the Magnet team once financing was approved and was left to deal with the builder myself. Would not use again nor recommend to anyone.
