We got our kitchen from here 14 years ago, and had great service. Today my kitchen cupboard shelf broke (probably too much stuff on it) and I needed a small clip to fix it. Popped into Magnet and without a bother went got me replacement part without any charge. Thank you.

Great experience with Daniel and the team when buying our new kitchen for our renovation. Daniel in particular spent hours with me designing it and was endlessly patient and accommodating. The end product is fantastic and the team have been very helpful in resolving a few minor issues. Would highly recommend!

Couldn't be more pleased with the services we received from this Branch. Rosy and Daniel were absolute gem helping us design our dream kitchen + Magnet after care & warranty is hassle free & such a piece of mind. Strongly recommended. Only one regret: I should have opted for Magnet kitchen fitter!

Absolutely perfect experience with Magnet Highams Park, E4!
A huge thank you to Ania, our kitchen designer, who has designed many kitchens for the refurbishment projects we do as a property business. She always understands exactly what we need and creates beautiful, practical kitchen designs.
A big thank you as well to Ania’s colleagues, who have always been professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the ordering process.
We highly recommend Magnet Highams Park, E4 to anyone looking to order a new kitchen. We've ordered many kitchens from them over the years for our refurbishment projects and will definitely continue using them for future projects.

I would be careful buying any kitchen here as designers don't know what they're doing. We got sinks sold with waste disposal and were told that those would work fine. Unfortunately it turned out we were sold wrong sinks - with overflow - which doesn't connect to waste disposal and leaks onto the unit. The store is very bad and not trying to resolve the issue, and they effectively voided the warranty for the units when they installed the kitchen. This is extremely unprofessional for a company that charges so much for their kitchen.
