  I am a customer of Diane at the Magnet on Fulham High street and just wanted to say what a great experience it was dealing with her and the shop.   Couldn’t recommend this branch more. We learnt so much from Diana, she took the time to go through everything with us and thought of so many things we hadn’t thought of already. We also had an appointment at a very high end kitchen supplier on kings road and went with Diana’s design over that one as we much preferred it.

  I actually popped in by accident as I was walking past and spotted the nice display. I am just looking for some inspiration to update my client's kitchen, and I am really glad I went in. The staff were really friendly and happy to help without any pressure, even after I explained I was only looking for ideas and a few bits and pieces

  Very happy with our new kitchen and the service from Magnet. The whole experience was straightforward and stress-free, and the finished kitchen looks fantastic. I have a busy job and travel a lot, so I did not have the time to manage different suppliers, installers and trades. Choosing Magnet to supply the kitchen, coordinate the installation and manage the worktops made the whole process much easier. I also appreciated some of the practical suggestions that came up during the design process. As I am quite tall, they suggested positioning some of the wall units slightly higher than normal. It is not something I would ever have considered, but it has made the kitchen feel much more comfortable to use and less cramped. We went for a Ludlow kitchen, quartz worktops, all appliances and Magnet installation. As my kitchen is quite small, worktop space was one of my biggest concerns, and my designer came up with a layout that gave me much more usable space than I expected. As I was often away at that time so a lot of the communication was done through Teams, which worked really well. Everyone in the showroom was friendly and helpful, and even when my designer was off, someone was always available to answer questions and keep things moving.
