  Very happy with our new kitchen and the service from Magnet. The whole experience was straightforward and stress-free, and the finished kitchen looks fantastic. I have a busy job and travel a lot, so I did not have the time to manage different suppliers, installers and trades. Choosing Magnet to supply the kitchen, coordinate the installation and manage the worktops made the whole process much easier. I also appreciated some of the practical suggestions that came up during the design process. As I am quite tall, they suggested positioning some of the wall units slightly higher than normal. It is not something I would ever have considered, but it has made the kitchen feel much more comfortable to use and less cramped. We went for a Ludlow kitchen, quartz worktops, all appliances and Magnet installation. As my kitchen is quite small, worktop space was one of my biggest concerns, and my designer came up with a layout that gave me much more usable space than I expected. As I was often away at that time so a lot of the communication was done through Teams, which worked really well. Everyone in the showroom was friendly and helpful, and even when my designer was off, someone was always available to answer questions and keep things moving.

  The staff are very welcoming in the store and they helped me with all my questions when I visited. It is a nice showroom with great displays and a great location with parking in the back

  Great showroom and really nice team of people. Showed me around and answered my questions without in any way being pushy. Lots on display, especially liked the Quooker tap which they have the ability to demo.

  Avoid at all costs. If I could give no stars.. Disastrous experience for my Parkinson stricken elderly father with the most haphazard and prolonged kitchen fit out ever known and still not finished. Be careful as they promise so much. It started ok-ish, but we seemed to have problem after problem with unnecessary issues which got worse and worse. They demand full payment before fitting so you have no leg to stand on should there be an issue. No one ever seems to be available when needed, always claiming to be on 'holiday'. The fitters left the kitchen in a mess with still work to do and lengthy gaps (many many weeks, not days!) in between multiple visits. My fathers movers were due (which Magnet were fully aware of) and still the kitchen was in a state without anyone bothering to reply to urgent emails, calls, texts to clear out remaining items. Abysmal. Having read the comments below I'm in fear of this never ending. It is stressful beyond words, especially for a poor widowed man who should be able to enjoy the new kitchen he was promised and paid for at huge expense. If your builder advises them because they have a trade discount don't be tempted, it is truly not worth it!
