  We had a confirmed appointment, but when we arrived at the scheduled time, the shop was closed. Yes, they did call, but this could have easily been followed up with a message or email as well. The area already has serious parking difficulties, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. After finally finding parking and getting there, seeing the doors closed was very disappointing. Overall, not a good experience.

  definitely one to avoid! Will never use Magnet again, unless you want to pay a premium for middling quality, and gamble on anyone showing up to complete installation! We had our utility room done by Magnet kitchens, while the quality is okay, only order through Magnet if you have 0 expectation for not being upsold, or expect any level of quality or actual commitment to timeframes. Firstly, added a small row of cupboards to the top of our cupboards, which increased the price by over 30%! additionally refused to come measure and lock in the order until our builders had finished plastering the wall, delayed install and delivery even further. All of this would not be an issue if it were not for the following: On the agreed day of installation (agreed in person and over email), no-one showed up. we had emailed and rung up before hand and didn't get any response. After a load of chasing and calls, we were told that installation would actually be the friday and the saturday, which had been changed in the system with no notification to us. Friday comes around, we chase again as no-one shows, and are told another job is overrunning so the fitter wont be there till the afternoon. This does not happen. The install takes place Saturday & monday, and only after repeated chasing. The management of the branch seem to have no issue with this as by this point they have your money... Tried to complain but once the install was done they just stopped responding to emails. Price expensive, middling quality, fitters are nice and its not their fault though! Will categorically never use magnet again after this

  What an absolute scam. *Do not use this company and specifically do not work with Peter at the Walthamstow branch.* -Multiple parts of the kitchen we missing when delivered or damaged -Despite specifically speaking with Peter about the dimension of our microwave, the unit we ended up with does not fit it. We asked if there was a way to resolve this and he said they could provide a deeper shelf ("as a sign of good will"). The shelf arrived the same depth as the last one and he said 'oh that must just be how they are made now. No apologies, no solutions. -The quality of the units is fine, but honestly no better than Wren which is half the cost. -Despite the amount of money you pay them, they ask you to triple check all the dimensions (despite Magnet coming to our house to take measurements twice). It was really a terrible experience. The customer service is atrocious and they are not solution oriented. Cannot stress enough, do not recommend.
