  We had a confirmed appointment, but when we arrived at the scheduled time, the shop was closed. Yes, they did call, but this could have easily been followed up with a message or email as well. The area already has serious parking difficulties, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. After finally finding parking and getting there, seeing the doors closed was very disappointing. Overall, not a good experience.

  The staff member I dealt with, Alex, was kind, patient and helpful and really took her time to make me happy. Magnet has a great variety in colour and styles of kitchens. Thank you Initial experience was good, but what followed was a nightmare. We were made to feel like a nuisance, as if they were us doing a favour by dealing with the multiple issues and errors on their part.

  A truly fantastic service and outstanding quality product. I needed a kitchen for my new 5m kitchen diner extension. I visited the Walthamstow / Blackhorse Road Magnet showroom and I was immediately impressed with the set up and with Howard, the manager. Howard is an expert in his field and it became clear very early that Magnet were a professional outfit compared to the likes of Wren. I had my first design meeting with Imran. Imran understood my requirements and was absolutely fantastic, extremely knowledgable and drew a very practical and pragmatic design which exceeded my expectations. Imran visited my property to measure and was great with his communications, timeliness and always responsive to my queries. The quality of the product is top class. My utility room cabinets are from Howdens - the quality of Magnet is far superior - can see why a magnet won the which awards! For such a large undertaking of work Magnet were so easy to work with and it was really enjoyable. Absolutely delighted with my kitchen. Thank you so much Imran and Howard!!

  For me, Magenet Kitchens where hands-down the best kitchen supplier. I visited Wickes, B&Q, Homebase and Howden Kitchens for a consultation and Magnet Kitchens Walthamstow were head and shoulders above. Excellent service, advice and knowledge, good ideas, great selection of products and options as well as reasonable prices. My representative had a calm professional attitude and really knew his stuff. No hiccups in project management at all. End-to-end I had a very good overall experience. In the end, my kitchen ended up being cheaper, or at least on a good equal level with some of the competitors who make worse quality kitchens. I hired a separate kitchen fitter to install my kitchen (I needed some additional building work) so I didn't use Magnet's kitchen fitters and therefore I can't vouch for this part of their service. However - my builder and I made quite a significant error when installing a major component of the kitchen. I called Magnet and explained what happened - they were incredibly helpful and generous in solving the issue quickly and affordably. I highly recommending Magnet Kitchens Walthamstow - no doubts, five stars.
