Nightmare to deal with Chiswick branch. Won’t go into details as it was so frustrating. Best party trick they do is the constant: oh the colleague is on their day off . Seems a way to avoid responsibility . Think twice to order there

I cannot stress enough how unpleasant this experience was. PLEASE GO TO HOWDENS. Nothing they say on their brochure in terms of customer experience matches what you actually get. This starts off with wrong measurements for cabinets (which take weeks to replace) - they got one measurement so wrong that I couldn't install my backsplash, because they built the kitchen too close to the wall (Magnet measurement mistake). The cost of moving the kitchen forward was £3000, and Magnet refused to take accountability of their error. Some moments in this journey brought my mother, who was battling cancer at the time, to literal tears that's how frustrating it was. They also have extremely irritating working hours (my designer didn't work on Tuesdays and Wednesdays), which completely slows down your progress. A process that should've taken a couple of weeks turns into several months. They weren't even able to provide an installer for me, so I had to bare the cost of finding my own one who was extremely expensive. Overall this was absolutely shocking and I implore you to go somewhere else

I have been chasing the Chiswick office for nearly 3 months to just provide me with a quote!
I have never seen such horrible service ever in my life. No one answers emails, you have to call or visit every time you need to chase!
