    Dear Sir or Madam, Complaint Regarding Kitchen Installation and Service Quality First of all, we would like to state that we purchased a kitchen set from Magnet Kitchen four days ago; however, we are extremely dissatisfied with the service provided. To begin with, one of the cabinet doors was delivered damaged. The lower left corner of the door appears to be burnt. I have attached a photograph for your reference so that you can clearly see the issue. In addition, the kitchen set was delivered approximately three weeks later than promised. The reason for this delay was that measurements were taken incorrectly on three separate visits. Each time, the measurements differed significantly — by approximately 30–40 cm — which caused us serious concern and a great deal of stress throughout the process. Although most of the built-in white goods were fitted properly, two of them were not installed flush, which is visually disturbing and unacceptable in a finished kitchen installation. Due to all of these issues, we are extremely unhappy with the service we have received. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we would not recommend your company to others.     I had a good experience overall with Magnet Kitchens. The booking process was very well organised and I liked the added touch of being asked to share inspiration images ahead of the appointment, although I’m not entirely sure how much these were reviewed beforehand. The kitchen options themselves were lovely, but the colour range felt quite limited compared to other suppliers. Pricing was also significantly higher, around a third more expensive than Howdens and Wren for what felt like comparable quality to Howdens, which made it difficult to justify the price difference. That said, the designer Anya at the Islington branch was super lovely, easy to talk to and very efficient. The appointment ran smoothly, we even had time to spare, and she did a great job representing Magnet as a brand. Credit to her for a professional and very well run consultation.

    We wished we read the reviews before purchasing from this branch. They are not taking any previous negative feedback into account on how they explain all the tricky loopholes in the installation contract from delivery extra charge if you do go out in the street to place cones to reserve a space for their truck to return policy. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the level of customer service and deceptive practices we experienced during our installation process. I was shocked to encounter such a negative experience at your branch. First and foremost, the lack of customer service skills displayed by your staff was truly appalling. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful in solving any issue. Furthermore, I found your pricing to be exorbitant, considering the quality of customer service, IKEA does a better job. This not only reflects poorly on your business ethics but also undermines the trust customers place in your brand. Additionally, I must highlight the deceptive practices. It became evident that your branch was more interested in tricking customers into making unnecessary purchases like extra plinth and anti split mat for 60£ which does not fit rather than providing honest and transparent guidance. This approach is both unethical and disrespectful to customers who place their trust in your expertise. As a professional in the financial services industry, I understand the importance of building lasting relationships with customers and providing exceptional service. Unfortunately, my experience at your shop has left me with a negative impression, and I am compelled to share my disappointment with others. I sincerely hope that you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to your customer service and pricing practices. It is crucial for businesses to prioritize the satisfaction and trust of their customers, as this ultimately determines their long-term success.

    ABSOLUTELY AVOID for these reasons: 1- they mis-sell some items that they can't provide 2- customer service looks good at the beginning but then they don't acknowledge when they went wrong on some things and don't even try fix issues with reasonable solutions 3- they deliver items to the wrong address and don't cover for the cost of having to schedule another delivery by yourself 4- expensive for what it is in reality (just spent more than £18k for a very simple kitchen, excluding the worktop!) 5- completely fake "amazing" discounts while they take you for a patsy 6- quotes are never clear so that you are lost in what is needed or not

    Absolutely disappointing and unprofessional customer service- do not waste your time and money. I made such big mistake of ignoring some negative comments before the purchase.
