- PSP SJul 7, 20261.0Initial appointment for planning was good but after that, problems with the final design, installation date, fitters and extra costs such as waste collection and floor protection. Getting though on phone, email or their portal takes multiple attempts before an apathetic two word reply. Cancelled the order before sign off and then the problems started with the refund that ‘was processed’. Involved customer service who tried to help but got caught up in the web of what the store was telling them which they passed on to me. None of it was true because when I asked for the receipt for the refund days later, it was only then proceeded. Spectacular performance for incompetence and saying one thing and doing another for store manager M*k* and designer A*i. Avoid. If you are considering a kitchen, call the Clapham store and email it…see how poorly responsive they are even before you pay them anything. Also check the business news. Magnet just filed for a Company Voluntary Arrangement, which is a step towards bankruptcy.

The customer service is absolutely ridiculous and the worst is, if you haven't bought a kitchen before you might not know that a good company sorts out the meeting, project, payment and schedule date in a weeks time. We had the absolute worst experience with their seller never replying in time to any communication, never updating the plans according to our requests in time and rescheduling simple things like the visit to our place to measure the kitchen a couple of times due to poor organisation. Obviously, the same applies to the request for refund, no replies and then a really late reply saying they're looking into it now. We sorted our new kitchen in a weeks time with their competitor and are really happy.
