Claybrook formed like many British start-ups; with tea around a kitchen table, and one thing quickly became clear - it was time for a change. Time to break the cycle of being overcharged for commodity product. Time to focus on the customer experience; to have free samples, free or low-cost delivery charges, and always someone on the end of the phone. The tiles had to be of the highest quality, with rigorous standards of craftsmanship and an eye-catching aesthetic. Prices had to be industry leading, so cutting out middlemen and buying direct was key. We also wanted a space to meet our clients. As well as tiles for indoors and outdoors, our showroom contains our beautiful eco-friendly Paint palette and gorgeous Bathroom collections.
