- JLjay larkSep 1, 20261.0Do not go here , we have paid nearly 20k for our kitchen and we were told we could have certain specs and agreed it all and now weve paid and its been handed to the fitters wren dont want nothing to do with it and the fitters are conflicting with the designers. We have left this branch emails, phone call messages and they dont care. All our designer cared about was moving the certificate on her desk every 5 minutes. But honestly these guys at this branch are well below par. Watch out for the hidden extras with the builders too which your designer will keep quiet.

His colleagues are amazing and also have good opinions on colours.

Is a Wren kitchen design service free?
Yes, we offer a free, no obligation design package worth up to �200. One of our surveyors will visit your home and take detailed measurements of your space which will be uploaded to our system. You will then meet your very own designer who will produce a 3D plan of your room based on your ideas. Speak to an advisor for more information.
How long does it take to get a Wren kitchen?
Once you have discovered your dream Wren Kitchen and placed your order, we will aim to deliver your kitchen within four weeks.
Who can I contact if I have an issue with my order?
In the unlikely event, there are damaged or missing items within your order, we currently have a lead time of up to 10 days for replacement items. Please report any of these issues through your Wren account which can be found on �My Account� page on the website or the Wren app. Please visit our website for further details.
