  Having measured my kitchen, they have arranged 2 online calls to show me designs and they haven't turned up to either. They have now wasted my time twice and didn't even apologise after the first time- they simply just put another date and time in the diary and expected me to be suddenly available. When I went in and arranged a date and time that worked for me, they didn't show up once again despite explicitly making an assurance to me in person that they would do and me adjusting my calendar to make it work. I spent 5 mins waiting for someone to answer the phone but it just kept ringing. Absolutely avoid this Wren in Hayes- you're much better off going to Howdens (only a 5 min drive away) if you have a builder ready, or another company which actually values its customers time.

  Hi there my husband & I would like to put a compliment in for the amazing Designer Lee Wrightson Hayes branch ….. he helped us so much to choose our dream bedroom …. Perfect seemless appt …… he made everything so easy ! so looking forward to our new bedroom ! We will be back for our new kitchen soon ….. well done Lee 👍

  Currently still mid renovations and I feel like this process has aged me 10 years. We have a tiny kitchen and still they couldnt manage it. Surveyor didnt take measurements properly, designer rushed the whole process. Hard to get answers for basic questions. Have been transferred from team to team. Currently still waiting on answers from last week which is the norm apparently... no consideration for the fact that we are spending 1.5x our budget which the designer knew plus having to do this with 2 kids and an 8 month old it has been a living nightmare. Atleast we experienced this for our small kitchen and not our forever kitchen which we hope to be in a few years time.

  DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! Firstly, we spoke to the designer and explained to her what we wanted and the budget including to keep the current splashback. A quote was then completed, we asked her to add/ remove few things (she would take 3-4 days to respond) and she would just do 1 of the 10 things we asked for. So many gaps everywhere, the kitchen arrived with 3 damaged units and we reordered the units on the app (was promised to arrive after 5 days and now delivery date changed to 10 days instead).. We told the designer that we want to keep the splashback and her answer was " absolutely, I wouldn't change it if there was nothing wrong with it". Units was received and they were too big so the splashback have to be removed which costs us £1400 to do. We called for 3 days trying to speak to someone about our kitchen, they would say that the designer is off or " I would let her know". But never received a call back. We then called the customer service to cancel the worktop as it was never measured and not cut by the external company, but they refused it with "you signed the contract". If I had the option to cancel the whole order , trust me I would pay to cancel it. Please dont do the same mistakes as We did, as they are very quickly on you before you sign the paperwork but once you sign, thats it. And if you really need to go to Wren then DO NOT GO TO THE HAYES BRANCH. Waste of your money and time and effort.
