  I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a kitchen from Wren Kitchens to think carefully before making a decision. Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been extremely disappointing, and the lack of customer service, care, and accountability has been unacceptable. Despite sending professionals to measure my home, numerous aspects of my kitchen were measured or fitted incorrectly. I was also not adequately informed about important product details, including the heat resistance of certain items, such as the countertops. As a customer, I expected clear communication, professional guidance, and accurate information before making such a significant purchase. For several months, I found myself going back and forth trying to resolve these issues. The experience was exhausting and frustrating, particularly because I felt that neither the customer service team nor the head office took my concerns seriously. I was deeply disappointed by the way my complaints were handled, the lack of transparency in communication, and the failure to provide a refund for items that were damaged or supplied incorrectly. A company should take responsibility when things go wrong and make reasonable efforts to put matters right. Unfortunately, I did not feel that Wren Kitchens demonstrated the level of accountability or customer care that I would expect from a company of this size. The entire experience has left me feeling extremely let down. However, I would like to recognise one person who truly made a difference, Abby S. Abby was absolutely wonderful, caring, understanding, and genuinely supportive throughout this difficult experience. She was the one person who made me feel heard and valued as a customer. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond were exceptional. At times, I genuinely could not believe how different her approach was compared with the service I had received elsewhere. Abby S is a true example of what excellent customer service should look like. Her compassion and dedication deserve to be recognised, and I cannot thank her enough for the support she gave me. She made a very stressful situation much easier to deal with, and I am incredibly grateful for her help. It is unfortunate that one individual’s outstanding service stands in such stark contrast to my overall experience with the company. My advice to anyone considering Wren Kitchens is to do your research, ask detailed questions, and make sure you fully understand the products and the company’s policies before committing. Based on my personal experience, I would not choose Wren Kitchens again. Abby, thank you for your kindness, patience, and outstanding support. You are a credit to your profession, and your efforts deserve far more recognition.

  Absolutely unacceptable Delivery services and customer service. especially after spending over 10k on the kitchen. The service in the shop was great! However, having received an email informing me that some items are not available for delivery for the next 8-10weeks on actual delivery day was not good enough. My kitchen was meant to be done today! But thanks to poor communications, my kitchen is not functional until end of October, a massive 11 weeks delay, thanks Wren! Quick to make a sale and take money but not deliver products? That is not OK or acceptable. This situation put my family in a pickle situation when it comes to feeding my family. I have also contacted the store , who simply diverted me to head office, I requested a call back after being on hold for 30 minutes, 3 hours later, no call back. I would not recommend Wren for new kitchens unless delivery is guaranteed 100% Thanks store manager and head office, this is a new level of disappointment! Good luck getting my money for the kitchen that you have not delivered on the day you said you would.

  I designed my kitchen with Mihriban about a year ago and wanted to return to give a review because I am so pleased with it! Mihriban was incredibly professional and helpful and spent the time to understand our vision and preferences, and she brought it to life perfectly. We’re so happy with our kitchen - thank you for your patience and hard work.

  We had an amazing experience at Wren Enfield, and our designer Renata was lovely. She was very helpful with her ideas and suggestions and made sure all our questions were answered. She was also incredibly patient with our requests to see various colour options. We look forward to seeing the final result!
