Absolutely unacceptable Delivery services and customer service. especially after spending over 10k on the kitchen.
The service in the shop was great! However, having received an email informing me that some items are not available for delivery for the next 8-10weeks on actual delivery day was not good enough. My kitchen was meant to be done today! But thanks to poor communications, my kitchen is not functional until end of October, a massive 11 weeks delay, thanks Wren! Quick to make a sale and take money but not deliver products? That is not OK or acceptable. This situation put my family in a pickle situation when it comes to feeding my family. I have also contacted the store , who simply diverted me to head office, I requested a call back after being on hold for 30 minutes, 3 hours later, no call back.
I would not recommend Wren for new kitchens unless delivery is guaranteed 100%
Thanks store manager and head office, this is a new level of disappointment!
Good luck getting my money for the kitchen that you have not delivered on the day you said you would.

I designed my kitchen with Mihriban about a year ago and wanted to return to give a review because I am so pleased with it! Mihriban was incredibly professional and helpful and spent the time to understand our vision and preferences, and she brought it to life perfectly. We’re so happy with our kitchen - thank you for your patience and hard work.

We had an amazing experience at Wren Enfield, and our designer Renata was lovely. She was very helpful with her ideas and suggestions and made sure all our questions were answered. She was also incredibly patient with our requests to see various colour options.
We look forward to seeing the final result!

We ordered our shaker kitchen from Wren, and whilst the product itself is lovely, our experience with Kenny at the Wren Enfield showroom was extremely disappointing. Based on our experience, I would not recommend him, despite the accolades he appears to have received. Unfortunately, we also continue to face challenges with Wren's head office whilst trying to resolve multiple issues relating to our orders.
The most significant issue concerns the drawer boxes supplied with our kitchen. During the design process, we were physically shown the premium grey drawers in the showroom and these were added onto the final renderings featuring premi drawer boxes and were led believe that these would be included in our order. However, when the kitchen was delivered, we received the standard flimsy white plastic-sided drawer boxes instead. In our view, this was a clear misrepresentation of what we were purchasing. We believe the goods supplied do not match the verbal descriptions, visual represetations, and physical product presented during the sales process. Despite raising this issue immediately, head office continues to maintain that there is no problem, and several weeks after delivery we are still attempting to reach a satisfactory resolution with no progress in sight.
We also encountered significant issues with the finance arrangements. Kenny encouraged us to sign the finance agreement several months before the project was due to proceed and assured us that amendments could be made later if required. Despite paying above the required 10% deposits and following the process exactly as instructed, we were unexpectedly informed just under a week before delivery that we needed to provide several thousand pounds in additional funds due to errors in the finance arrangements (which we signed multiple times during the process) or else we would not receive any delivery. These were issues that Kenny had previously assured us would not be a problem. We felt pressured to commit to the agreement and pay deposits early, only to be left dealing with the consequences at the final stage of the project. This created considerable stress and uncertainty at a critical point when the kitchen installation was imminent. My advice to future customers would be to ensure that all details are finalised before signing any finance agreement and to obtain written confirmation of any assurances provided. If your designer does not give you written confirmation, do not feel pressured to move onto the next stage.
On a separate project, Kenny failed to include the installation costs within the finance agreement despite specifically advising us that the installation costs could be combined with our first project. When this error came to light, we were left to deal with the consequences ourselves and were required to pay an additional £2,000 upfront at short notice. Again, I would strongly recommend obtaining email confirmation of any financial arrangements discussed during the design process.
Communication throughout the project was extremely poor. Emails frequently went unanswered, and most discussions had to be conducted face-to-face. When the various errors and discrepancies were eventually raised, Kenny's response was to deny responsibility rather than assist in finding solutions. I would urge future customers to request responses and written confirmation. Do not leave any grey areas or questions unanswered as this will be very difficult to resolve once the kitchen has been delivered.
The complaints and resolution process with Wren has been equally frustrating. We were repeatedly passed between different departments and individuals, many of whom appeared unfamiliar with our case and were unable to provide consistent answers or meaningful assistance. It often felt as though nobody was willing to take ownership of the issues or work towards a fair resolution.
