  Awfull experience from wren enfield. We brought a kitchen 3 years back from them and we were relatively happy, so me and my wife decided to buy from them again for our new home as they offer 7 years finance deals. This is where it where it started to go down hill. We had a couple appointments with the sales rep and told her we wanted the same units and worktops (just different colour) as originally ordered 3 years back, she showed us the worktop and we took pictures after stating this is how they will look once installed. We agreed to go ahead and paid nearly £600 deposit on a 7 year term. The next day we went back to sign the contract and the sales rep all of a sudden said they cant offer us this deal no more as we where trying to sign and it's only available on a 4 year finance deal, after another sales rep came over to explain and sort out the mess the original rep made they told us we would need to require another £1500 deposit. We really needed to order a kichen quickly so we dipped into our savings to cater for the bigger deposit. We signed the contract and once the kitchen arrived a few weeks later the worktops were 38mm thick, after calling up and telling them the size difference, (should of come in 22mm) they said they cant change the worktops because I signed a contract that says the size is correct. They also sent the wrong intergated fridge door size 60/40 door when i ordered a 50/50 fridge. I rang the showroom and spoke the the sales rep and she basically agreed they sent the wrong ones out as she forgot to change the thickness of the worktop. Now customer service are saying i have to purchase a new 22mm worktop if I want it. I asked them to listen to my previous phone calls but they responded by saying they don't record conversations on the phone in enfield and I cant cancel the contract even tho they say the convo is being recorded. I feel ripped off after saving so long for a new kitchen. If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid

  I went to Wren Kitchens with no idea what to expect, but my sales consultant, Cinar, was absolutely fantastic. He had the patience of a saint and guided me through every step of the process, right through to the installation stage. His advice on colour schemes and design choices was invaluable, and he was always on hand to offer guidance whenever I needed it. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free thanks to his expertise and support. I've recommended Wren Kitchens—and especially Cinar—to everyone I know. I couldn't be happier with the service I received.

  We recently purchased our kitchen from Wren Kitchens and had a very positive experience from start to finish. A special thank you to Cinar, who helped us throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable, patient, and always available to answer any questions we had, making the whole experience much smoother and less stressful. We also had a few items missing from our original delivery, but Wren dealt with the issue quickly and efficiently. The missing items were sent out and delivered within a week, which we were very pleased with. The delivery drivers were excellent as well – friendly, professional, and careful when handling all of the kitchen units and components. Overall, we’re very happy with the service we received from Wren Kitchens and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

  I had a great experience at Wren Kitchens. Kenny was very polite on the phone and arranged a same-day in-store appointment, which was really helpful. Mihriban then supported me with the kitchen design. The space was small and awkward, but she made excellent use of it and created a design I’m really happy with. Overall, both were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout.

  AVOID! We've had one of the most frustrating experiences with Wren kitchens. We ordered a new built-in wardrobe, which understandably took time. Wren seem to work with a range of sub-contractors for every single step of the installation process. Frist, it gets delivered on one date, without any confirmation when the installation would take place (spoiler it took them 3 weeks for someone to come and install the wardrobe and during this time we literally lived surrounded by boxes). Then, when the installer came, we saw that TWO parts were destroyed during the delivery and one part was missing. Another round of calling them (and frankly what felt like being intentionally avoided by Emilia from the Acton branch) to schedule the delivery of the new parts. Then, they arrive but guess what? The part that was missing didn't! We had to go in-person to sort out the missing part's delivery. Again, without any information about when it might get installed. Then, we get an email to tell us the time slot for installation - installer never shows up. We've been passed around by their useless customer service team the whole morning, who'd pass us to their installation team, who keep on giving us the wrong number for the installer. Albeit incomplete, the wardrobe is beautiful but for the amount of money we're paying, the customer service and their entire delivery and installation process is absolutely unacceptable.
