  I honestly cannot recommend Wren Croydon highly enough! From the very beginning to the final installation, our experience was nothing short of perfect. A very special thank you goes to Valentina Lecca, who looked after the design of our kitchen. She is the main reason we decided to stay with Wren. Valentina was incredibly professional, patient, open-minded, always available, and never once made us feel pressured into making decisions. She listened to every idea I had and worked with me until the kitchen I had imagined finally came to life. She truly went above and beyond, and I couldn't be more grateful. Every single person we met throughout the journey was fantastic. The delivery team, Ben, who completed the quartz template, the waste collection team, the quartz installers—everyone was kind, polite, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. It's rare to have such consistently excellent service from so many different people involved in one project. And finally, a HUGE shout-out to Jawed and his installation team, who were recommended by Wren. They are simply the best! They completed the entire project exactly within the agreed timeline and made the whole process smooth, organised, and completely stress-free. Nothing was ever too much trouble. If a small issue arose, Jawed would come to us with the solution already prepared before we even had to worry about it. As two people working full-time throughout the renovation, having someone so reliable and proactive made all the difference. He genuinely made the project effortless for us. My strongest recommendation is to partner with one of Wren's recommended installers, and if you have the opportunity to choose Jawed, don't hesitate—you'll be in the best hands. Thank you to everyone at Wren Croydon for your professionalism, kindness, and outstanding service. We absolutely love our new kitchen ❤️

  Had a design consultation today and couldn't be happier with Maryam who helped me create the kitchen I wanted. I had a pretty good idea of what I felt would work for me and Maryam was brilliant at bringing those ideas to life and enhancing them where possible. The 3D imagings and finally the virtual tour of my kitchen plan was the icing on the cake. A new kitchen is a very big investment, but at the end of the consultation I was really happy with the end result and confident that the configuration would work for me.

  I’ve just lost a bet. We booked your bedroom estimator to visit today at 10am. Yesterday my son in law who was visiting said “I booked them for a kitchen back in July and they didn’t turn up, making a lame excuse in the process, I bet they don’t show up.” A small wager was made as I had faith that a company whose staff crawl all over you in store hoping for a sale, not giving you chance to think for yourself were bound to show up. Roll on to this morning and at 9:10, less than 1 hour before you were due to arrive, we get a phone call “We can’t come today as the van is out and we won’t be available for 2 weeks” (this despite your website showing appointments on the 9th and 10th April). That’s one bet lost to me and two sales lost for you. The store visited was Croydon but the appointment was booked online
