- LDLesley DrayMar 14, 20191.0Have a problem with a microwave that cooks fine but leaves huge amounts of water in the bottom of the microwave & on the door. Had 2 new doors fitted which hasn't solved the problem. The engineer has attended twice and has taken pictures now I have been told that the sales team say this is normal and I need to take more pictures! The soft close mechanism on my new cabinets also keep falling off..not impressed and would think twice before using Howdens again
