  We visited Magnet Kitchens in Stamford a couple of months ago and initially had a really positive experience with Ryan, who was helpful and provided good customer service. Unfortunately, our experience since then has been extremely disappointing. We paid for delivery only, as we planned to build the kitchen island ourselves. The delivery itself arrived without any issues, but when we came to build the island, we discovered that several items were missing. I called the Stamford store on the Saturday to make them aware of the missing parts. Ryan assured me that he would arrange for them to be sent by DPD and that they would arrive on the Tuesday. I also followed up by email, specifically listing the items that were missing so there could be no confusion. I received no response to this email, and by Wednesday the parts had still not arrived. I called the store again on Thursday and spoke to a female member of staff, who told me that these particular items could never have been sent by DPD and that Ryan should have made this clear to me. Unfortunately, this information was not communicated to me at any point. Given that my email clearly listed the specific missing items, there really should have been no confusion about what needed to be ordered. As the parts could not be delivered in time for the following weekend, we were left with a half-finished kitchen. My parents kindly offered to go into the store and collect the parts for us. However, when they arrived, they were given the wrong items. They then had to return the following day, only to be told that the correct items I had specifically listed in my email were not even in stock. We were then advised to travel to another store approximately an hour and a half away to collect them. I would also like to add when we rang the store that Ryan had suggested, they were very surprised we had been advised to call them as typically it would require a stock exchange and that the Stamford branch should have rang them. In the end I had to do a 2 hour round trip to a completely different branch to collect the items with a 5 month old baby. Ryan had also suggested trying to get the items from somewhere like wickes or screwfix, full well knowing they are bespoke kitchen items! Also please explain why I should be using my own money to be paying for something that was included in the price I paid! Why did I pay a delivery fee for half the items to be missing.

  Amazing customer service. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. A huge thank you to our designer Ryan who was so attentive and helpful throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend

  We visited magnet and had a lovely experience! We spoke to a couple of designers who were very welcoming and gave us lots of helpful information. Would definitely recommend 😊

  In the market for a new kitchen and went to browse at Magnet stamford. We were the only people in the shop with 3 members of staff who ignored us the entire time. Safe to say I'll be going elsewhere.
