  Having Wren design our Kitchen was a dream we were treated with respect they couldn't have been more helpful. Tia at the Lincoln branch was a delight, we are in our late 60s and she took all the time we needed to explain everything even changing the colours and textures she was always happy smiling and professional. We opted for a private installer however if we require a bedroom design I would definitely go back to Wren.

  Avoid Wren at all costs. I have lost a significant amount of money and am now left with a kitchen I would never have chosen had I been given accurate information during the design process. I specifically requested a particular specification and was assured it would be no problem. When my kitchen arrived, it was not what I believed I had ordered. I was then informed that the specification I requested was never available in the range I had purchased. Had I known this from the outset, I would have chosen a different range. There were also multiple issues with my order, including incorrect units being supplied and missing units, which then take multiple weeks to be redelivered correct; causing delays, additional costs and significant disruption to my renovation project. Wren's response has been that because the technical specifications were listed on the contract, they have done nothing wrong, despite me relying on the advice given during my design appointments and no examples, options or differences between ranges being shown or explained to me. My advice to anyone considering Wren is to choose another company altogether

  I bought this kitchen from Wren Kitchens expecting good quality and reliability, especially as it came with a 15-year warranty. Unfortunately, after only 5 months, the cabinet panels started swelling, dampening, and falling apart. The quality of the materials is extremely poor and not what I expected from a new kitchen. I contacted Wren and asked them to replace the damaged parts under the warranty. Instead of honouring the warranty, they offered me a discount on replacement parts, meaning I would still have to pay for a fault that wasn’t my responsibility. This is completely unacceptable. The after-sales customer service has been very disappointing. A kitchen should last for many years, not start failing after just five months. I would not recommend Wren Kitchens. Based on my experience, the product quality is poor, the customer service is unhelpful, and the warranty has not provided the support I expected. Save your money and buy your kitchen elsewhere.

  Do not buy a kitchen from here. How they can measure twice and still not make the kitchen fit is quite a talent. Soft close is no close. Beware of anything on sale, probably means it's awful quality, like my dishwasher that has actually fallen to pieces. As soon as you've signed that paperwork they don't care one jot, customer services will apologise but say they can't do anything at all, even send you an email telling you they've sorted it and everyone's satisfied. Prices match everywhere else, but I really hope no one else sells kitchen like this.
