  Do not buy a kitchen from here. How they can measure twice and still not make the kitchen fit is quite a talent. Soft close is no close. Beware of anything on sale, probably means it's awful quality, like my dishwasher that has actually fallen to pieces. As soon as you've signed that paperwork they don't care one jot, customer services will apologise but say they can't do anything at all, even send you an email telling you they've sorted it and everyone's satisfied. Prices match everywhere else, but I really hope no one else sells kitchen like this.

  After having my kitchen from wren for 2 years the covering on the cupboard doors and side panels is coming off poorly made. When I installed originally I had to have cupboard doors replaced due to being warped when taking them out of packaging x 3 then wren said that was the last door they were going to send. When I rang they said the oven was the cause my fault. But the side panels and cooker hood are nowhere near the oven. I would like to say a big Thankyou to Vanessa who got in touch after I posted this review. She arranged for all defective doors to be renewed, the doors were gratefully received this morning thank you again Vanessa for all your help.

  Excellent service from beginning to end. Chelsea in the Lincoln store was very helpful offering advise and guidance in choosing our new kitchen. We were kept informed every step of the way. Delivery went without a hitch. We love our new kitchen.

  Very disappointed with wren kitchens. we brought a kitchen 4 years ago, back in lincoln, got a full break down before we put a deposit down what we were paying for each product. So wren was on top of our kitchen supplier for our second home. Went in yesterday spent 2/3 hours designing a kitchen we wanted, got a price of 14k plus, we were happy, was told they will email it across, we only got 3D images of the kitchen with no floor plan or a break down of what we were paying for, but when I asked for a break down, I was told we never gave out floor plans or a break down of products, WELL I DID 4 YEARS AGO. I was told I needed to pay a deposit before I will get a break down and a floor plan, which I was very disappointed, SO WREN EXPECT US TO Part WITH OUR MONEY WITHOUT KNOWING WHAT WE'RE PAYING FOR. REALLY WOW
