- BZBozena ZabickaApr 23, 20261.0Two years ago, I ordered my kitchen along with the appliances, which were effectively foisted on me by a designer who was rather poor at his job. He was more of a shrewd salesman. Right from the start, there were two major mistakes: I received the wrong tap – not the one I’d ordered – and the wrong sink. I eventually wrested the tap back from them, literally. After less than two years, the washing machine broke down (a Lemona – the worst piece of rubbish I’ve ever been sold). The appliance is under warranty, but I’ve been waiting over a week for a replacement. The service manager at this branch isn’t interested in a quick replacement; I’m hitting a brick wall, as I’m told they haven’t received authorisation from head office, though the engineer informed me it would take a week. I am very dissatisfied and, from my perspective, I do not recommend this place. Very poor service.
