  So who measured my kitchen did a bad job. They didn't compensate for the pipes on the wall. The units chosen didn't allow me access to my stopcock and the boiler wasnt measured properly. I've had to lower the upper units by approx 15cm to accommodate the boiler. It is too small a gap between the worktop and units. 2 items sent to me were damaged and I had to argue for over an hour for them to be replaced. I complained and the warranty team and they fobbed me off and asked me to measure the kitchen for them with pictures of me holding a tape measure. I was was like no! It's not an accurate way. Also I don't think people on the warranty team are honest and tell me different things when I ring them. The worktop team came the other week and the guy who came said it wasn't on when I explained the situation and instantly said the kitchen hasn't been measured properly and the warranty team finally listened to me when I put him on the phone to explain. Again they made excuses because he was from another department, I told them he could measure the kitchen now with his Lazer equipment and more excuses were made for him not to do it. Also the worktop team have flagged 4 issues about additional supports been added to the kitchen. These weren't included in the plan or supplied, then the warranty team claim they have. The builder I employed to complete this job believed he has finished his job and now this causing friction between me and him as I said he needs to do this. Again wren lied by saying they sent supports, they didn't and there now on any plan. After many hours on the phone with wren, they decided to offer me a £100 compensation, which indicates some responsibility, but I found that more insulting. I've had a few builders and trade people at my house for various projects, they all hate wren. I will never use wren again and anyone who asks I would say avoid like the plague. I generally despise this company now.

  Apparently Wren Kitchens think they can just block roads with no regard for traffic when conducting a delivery. Their drivers blocked the only access to my housing estate, saying they would be at least half an hour, when challenged they just said their supervisor at head office had given them permission. I called their transport office twice and was fobbed off twice, all the while traffic is building up including a pregnant lady trying to get to an appointment (i missed my son's dentist appointment as a result). The drivers finally shifted 3 metres forward to allow traffic to pass when we threatened to call the police. I'm not sure why their transport office thinks they have the authority to block access roads to deliver a kitchen, rather than assessing the delivery site beforehand, or why their driver thought he could hide behind his manager at head office when he could clearly see the amount of traffic piling up behind him, but wren kitchens certainly didn't win any new customers today.

  Our experience with having our bedroom renovated with Wren has been poor. Our designer James was great, however the process of the installation has been awful. There was constant communication issues, we were told we were being dealt with as a "priority" which it quickly became clear this was not the case. It took over a month to get the work fully completed and contractors attending on 4 separate occasions. I took time off work which was wasted. Our bedroom was a building site and used as a storage for the new wardrobes for weeks because Wren couldn't get anyone to do the job, one contractor travelled from 2.5 hours away and was "begged" to take the job. While the finish of our bedroom is excellent, the process was stressful, we felt as though we'd been kicked out of our own house, having slept in our spare room and our bed broke from collapsing and re building it. We won't be using Wren again unfortunately

  Stay away at all costs. We have had such a bad time with Wren, ordering it with our designer was fine as they want your money. As soon as they have your money trying to get hold of them is near impossible, always in meetings or on there lunch, even more so when the kitchen is delivered. We paid our joiner day rate & on installing the kitchen , we reminded them time after time about the stair bulkhead and was promised the kitchen would fit with this. We asked at least 8 times. On installation it didn’t fit. There was no way of making it work despite our designer reassuring us over and over again. Rang wren whose customer service is appalling. They was expecting us to just miss that unit out so the kitchen would look a mess and read refusing to do anything about the problem which wasn’t our fault. It took a week to sort and we had to change the designer if our kitchen ourself leaving us over £1000 out of pocket now. Howdens customer service is 10x better and much better service , wish we’d have gone with them in the first place as sometimes it’s easier to use Wren but please please do your research. There’s Facebook groups about the problems and if I’d have seen this first hand I’d never have bothered. We had to threaten legal action which wren finally owned up after investigating with the show room. Not once has the show room Crown Point actually been in contact to apologise for all the issues we had. We’re all human , we make mistakes but not once did they try rectify it. Very disappointing service and like I said will never recommend !

  Carolina is fantastic at Wren We have placed an order with Wren for bedrooms because we used them for the kitchen and they have been fantastic. Over a few months we have been planning and finally placed the order and throughout, Carolina Machado has been fantastic. She has never been pushy, she has only ever helped us to create what we wanted and to achieve the most from our small spaces. Carolina is professional and extremely competent and capable and excels at her job, but she is also funny and friendly and makes you feel at ease. She doesn't mind our last minute tweaks and adjustments and does nothing but help and support and gets us the best deal. Thanks so much for your help Carolina :-)!
