  Carolina is fantastic at Wren We have placed an order with Wren for bedrooms because we used them for the kitchen and they have been fantastic. Over a few months we have been planning and finally placed the order and throughout, Carolina Machado has been fantastic. She has never been pushy, she has only ever helped us to create what we wanted and to achieve the most from our small spaces. Carolina is professional and extremely competent and capable and excels at her job, but she is also funny and friendly and makes you feel at ease. She doesn't mind our last minute tweaks and adjustments and does nothing but help and support and gets us the best deal. Thanks so much for your help Carolina :-)!

  I’ve just had fitted wardrobes in my bedroom with wren. I will start with the 2 positive things and that’s it. 1. The fitter Phil was a godsend, positive and too good to work at Wren. 2. The wardrobes are beautiful, but by the time everything was fitted and I had argued compensation and the amount I paid for them, it almost isn’t worth it. We set a date after having a salesperson come to do the measurements. We got the delivery the day before and was ready to go (or so we thought) the fitter arrived and was ready to fit. Only half way through we realised they delivered half the wardrobe but not the rest. So Phil fitted what he could the mentioned to get in touch to chase the delivery of the rest of it. 2 weeks later our wardrobe finally came and Phil fitted us in to ensure he finished the job. The problem with this is I live in a 1 bed apartment so I was left with huge boxes all in my hallway and bedroom, clothes everywhere as we didn’t have the full wardrobes AND to top it off on the day of fitting Phil noticed and explained to me that the spotlights in my ceiling will be half covered by the wardrobe. This was a query I spoke to the salesperson about to which he responded should be fine, so I had to pay additional costs to get an electrician to come and move the lights into a new location on the ceiling. Another issue - the wait for the rubbish collection is just too long! I had to take the boxes myself in the end as the wait was just under 2 weeks. That’s a service you are being charged for as well! I’ve attached photos of the boxes left in my apartment for 2 weeks and the rubbish. All this to say, my feedback is Wren you shouldn’t send sales people to do fittings/dimensions of things that surely only a fitter should do because you over promise things and on the day under deliver. You also let your customers do all the leg work to push things to get done. I constantly called the snagging team who were lovely but waiting for updates and ensuring things were getting pushed forward as I was going back to work so had to take more time off for you to come and finish the job. All round just disappointing!! Just wouldn’t put myself through the stress to be honest, spend your money with a family business or other company.

  Got our kitchen from wren at Leeds Hunslet, James newton dealt with the whole process from designing to managing our kitchen and I couldn’t recommend him enough. Our kitchen design is perfect, the quality is perfect and the customer service is perfect. Had a few designs from other companies and not one came close to wren, great job from start to finish. Everything fit to the exact mm!!

  I recently had the pleasure of working with Natisha at Wren, and I can’t express how much she transformed my experience! Initially, I wasn’t happy with the design of my wardrobes, despite the efforts of the first designer. After reaching out to Natisha, everything changed for the better. From our first call, she was incredibly helpful and attentive. Natisha took the time to understand my needs and concerns, which made all the difference. She communicated clearly about the options available and provided accurate information that I hadn’t received earlier. Her expertise in interior design shone through, as she helped me create a wardrobe layout that not only suited my style but was also more cost-effective than I had anticipated. I highly recommend Wren, especially thanks to Natisha’s outstanding support. If you’re looking for someone who truly understands customer needs and goes above and beyond, she’s the one to talk to!

  I would like to say a huge thank you to Thomas Holdsworth for his expertise, kindness, helpfulness and patience in helping me to acquire a new kitchen and bedroom furniture for 2 bedrooms. Tom was also happy for me to make a second visit in order for me to check I was 100% happy with my choices. He very patiently allowed me to take my time looking until I was more than happy with everything. I did actually change the colour of my kitchen worktop and sink/tap, and also made a couple of additions. Tom then went through the designs with me which I’m absolutely thrilled with. With the excellent service I received, I would highly recommend Wrens to anyone wishing to renew their kitchen or purchase bedroom furniture.
