  Big shout out to Tom, me and my wife came across MkM after falling foul to the other building yards at Elland Road. We were told we couldn’t match our house brick for the extension and it wasn’t their fault it was no longer made. Long story short Tom Jackson safely took us around the yard and found us a perfect match to which our builder completed the sale direct and even ended up buying all the materials from him. Safe to say our neighbours will be passed his details if they wish to follow suit. 10 out of 10 for customer service from the start. Also well done to the driver, sorry his name has slipped my mind but I want to say Alec? He was exceptional.

  I cannot thank Tom at MKM Leeds enough for his kindness and support when sourcing some internal doors. He was knowledgeable and professional with an incredibly warm tone. He is a stellar example of what good customer service looks like. They were delivered promptly and on time and the delivery driver respected my home. The poor guy needs his side door of his van fixing as it kept shutting on him which must be frustrating when delivering items. Thanks so much!

  I had lots of queries about my order. Tony from the Office was very responsive and sorted out my issues immediately. The delivery driver was also absolutely brilliant. I will certainly be using this company again in future.
