How long with it take for my floor to be delivered?
Delivery lead time depends on the products chosen but most are available for delivery in 7 – 10 days. Bespoke products will take longer and the team in store will be able to assist you with these.
I’ve ordered too much flooring, can I return the extra flooring?
Returns can be offered in 14 days on unopened stock items with a 25% restocking charge.
