Can I choose a date for my delivery?
Once your order is placed our sales team will process it and call you to book
in a delivery date. We offer deliveries Monday – Friday’s, between 9am and
6pm. You can specify a date that works best for you.
How long does delivery take from ordering?
Delivery can vary depending on the supplier. Delivery information can be
found on the delivery tab on every product page. If you are unsure, give our
team a call on 0113 868 2099 who will be happy to help.
Will the delivery company bring the goods into my property?
Unfortunately all deliveries are kerbside, and the goods will not be brought
into the property. Some delivery depots do offer a white glove service, which we
can enquire about, but this would be at an extra cost. Feel free to contact us
before ordering and we can look into this and provide a quote.
Will the delivery driver take my pallet away?
Unfortunately the delivery drivers will not take the pallets away and it will be
up to you to dispose of it
What happens if I receive damaged goods?
If on delivery you notice damaged goods, please log this with the driver and
note this on the paperwork. Then please email us at sales@bestatflooring.co.uk
providing your order number and photos of the damages and we can arrange
for replacements or a partial refund for you. Please note this needs to be logged
within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
Do you offer free samples?
We do offer free samples for most of our products. Some samples are
chargeable, such as Quick Step and Elka, but the cost of the sample can be
deducted if you go on to place an order with us over the value of £200.
How long do your samples take to be delivered?
The delivery time of samples can vary just due to the supplier. Some samples
take approx. 48 hours, and some take up to 10 working days.
Does my Karndean order come with the Karndean transferrable guarantee?
As one of only two approved Karndean online partners, any Karndean floor
you purchase from us will be covered by the Karndean Transferable Purchase
Guarantee. You can find out full details here.
Can I select a specific date for my flooring delivery?
Yes, after placing your order, our sales team will contact you to schedule a delivery date. Deliveries are available Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm, and you can choose a date that suits you.

Will the delivery team bring the flooring inside my home?
