    Always use Screwfix and Toolstation. This guy who works at this branch Paul!!! Wie what an arrogant rude member of staff. Spoke so dam rude in front of other staff to me. They made a mistake on an order which I came in to branch to get a refund. Told me the payment had to go back on a credit card. Told him I don't own a credit card but would not believe me and started shouting and speaking over me. Simply wow, even If I was in the wrong there is no need to speak like this in front of other people like this.
