Walked into the Leicester showroom ready to plan a full kitchen project, but left incredibly disappointed. There were two staff members sat behind desks, without customers to attend, yet we were entirely overlooked and ignored during our visit.
A kitchen is a major investment, and good customer service should start the moment you walk through the door.
Because of this lack of basic attention, we will be purchasing our kitchen from a competitor instead.

I usually shop around, but I immediately felt that the Leicester branch of Magnet lived up to their high reputation as soon I walked into the store - I never ended up shopping around! We were assisted by Zafar Pathan who is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and clearly has significant experience with the company and their products and services. Zafar came up with a well thought out and attractive design that exceeded our expectations and was well within our budget. Outstanding service, quality and value - thank you Magnet and thank you Zafar!

Decent kitchens but make sure to take pictures of any damages before even touching them...otherwise they will blame your fitter.
