  My kitchen was delivered on 21 May 2026. When my builder began preparing the installation and opened the units, it became clear that the measurements had been incorrectly taken and several of the units were too short. Because of this mistake, the kitchen cannot be fitted and the installation work has come to a halt. I have now been told that I must wait until next month for replacement units with the correct measurements. In addition, some essential parts were missing from the original delivery, which has caused further delays and frustration. This situation has caused major disruption to my home and daily life. My kitchen has been left unusable, and all of my kitchen belongings are currently stored in my living room. The house is extremely dusty and in complete disarray due to the unfinished work. Furthermore, my builder is now charging me additional costs because his time has been wasted and extra work is required to make changes and adjustments to the units due to the incorrect measurements provided. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received, especially considering the time, money, and inconvenience involved.

  ​I am beyond disappointed with the service at Wren Kitchens (Elk Mill, Oldham). My experience has been a masterclass in how to lose a customer's trust. ​The Ghosting: I spent days trying to get a simple email response regarding my order cancellation. My inquiries were completely ignored until I was forced to call the store three separate times just to get someone to acknowledge me. ​Pressure Tactics: They were incredibly quick to pressure me into putting down a deposit, but the moment I requested it back, the "efficiency" vanished. ​The Refund Policy: I have been told it takes 28 days to process a refund. This is absolutely atrocious. In an age of instant banking, there is no technical reason for a multi-million pound company to hold onto a customer's money for a month. If they can take the payment in seconds, they should be able to return it just as fast. ​I will be contacting Head Office to lodge a formal complaint. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that actually values customers. The pressure-selling tactics combined with an unreasonable refund delay is something ill be flagging with Trading Standards.
