- JJJNov 7, 20252.0Great service from Chloe with planning and purchasing but after sales with faulty appliance was awful . Waited in 3 hours for engineer. Received an electric hob when it should have been gas. Another date arranged for fitting. Howdens delivered " new " hob waited in another 3 hours for engineer. When he arrived he opened hob and refused to fit as it had obviously been a return and was dirty and damaged .Contacted Howdens again and they told me they had one in stock and I could collect. I refused to go and another Hob was delivered. Even the delivery driver said it was quite obvious the one he had dropped off the week before had been a return. Finally today a new one fitted thanks to great service from the engineer from Pacifica. Very poor after service from Howdens.
