  I had a great experience with Wren Kitchen Preston and would highly recommend them. A special thank you to Stella Gomez, who was incredibly helpful throughout the kitchen design process. Stella took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and provided excellent advice on the kitchen furniture design. Her attention to detail, creativity, and patience made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. She listened carefully to my ideas and helped turn them into a practical and beautiful kitchen layout. The level of customer service and professionalism she provided was outstanding.   Dont use these guys. They come out and measure, but take no responsibility when things dont fit. Even when you can prove its thier error. Theyre complaints depart are not interested and no help at all

  As a professional set up, it doesn't get much better, the only reason for 4 stars is the over inflated price of the equipment. Do they not check the same items at other retailers? Pretty much everyone has access to online prices. Obviously you're paying for the advertising, the showrooms, and the guarantee. It will be an excellent kitchen or bedroom etc when finished and for many the guarantee will be worth the extra cost.

  Lovely product, let down by poor customer service. I ordered my wardrobes in February for delivery at the end of March. I’d booked my joiner to fit, my decorator for afterwards, as well as the carpet fitter. The email that you’re supposed to get 2 weeks before delivery never arrived so I called Wren to chase this. I spoke to Carl who could not have been less interested in what I was saying. He said that my delivery date has been moved to April but obviously nobody had let me know. I completely understand that mistakes can be made, but sometimes it’s not what you say, it’s how you say it and how you conduct yourself. Being understanding in a frustrating situation can really go a long way. Carl said he would call me back the following day but never did. I called again a couple of days later and landed Carl again. This time he was very obnoxious and condescending - repeating that even if he found out what had happened it wouldn’t get me the wardrobes any faster so it wasn’t really relevant to me - he obviously just couldn’t be bothered to find out what had happened. Absolutely no regard for the three workmen I’d let down at short notice, no genuine apology for letting me down, clearly just couldn’t wait to get off the phone. The wardrobes did eventually arrive and are lovely, however I’ve been massively put off by the customer service. I’m due to buy a new kitchen in a few months and won’t be even considering Wren.
