- PTPaula TaylorJul 31, 20262.0First experience of buying a kitchen for me & sadly can’t recommend Wren. Was assured all the measurements & design would work, but when my kitchen fitter looked at the plans he said the island was too big for the space but he could fix it by installing a smaller bin , he suggested I contact wren and swap my big one for a smaller size as they measured the space. I was told a swap was not possible at all & I could not just buy a smaller bin I would in fact have to buy the whole unit (casing & bin) I asked the cost & have had zero answer. Added to this I have a massive piece of worktop which is also too big for the space. I am now left with two whole items I can’t use & no island in my kitchen . Very upsetting after all the hard work & cost.
