It was an absolute pleasure speaking to her and watching our kitchen on the VR and she was so helpful and informative and confident! Thank youu once again to Amanda. Would highly recommend 👏🏼

  I had a lovely experience with Saira. She was attentive listened to my ideas and the things I had in mind and took it from there. She designed a kitchen better than that I had in mind. She was so kind and considerate and didn't rush or push me in to any decisions I didn't like. She allowed me to to take the time to feed my twins and was very patient. Thank you for all your help Saira.x

From start to finish, they were professional, helpful, and paid great attention to detail.👌💯💥 The 3D design was outstanding and really helped me visualise my new kitchen.   I was initially really hesitant to use Wren as our kitchen supplier and now wish I had gone with my instincts. We chose Wren to build our kitchen due to sudden and unforeseen circumstances with the house we had just bought (extensive and horrific water damage.) It seems, from reading these other reviews, that we are currently experiencing what I imagine hundreds, maybe thousands, of other customers are experiencing: the staff in store are quick to help you when you're about to give them your money, but from installation onwards, communication completely fizzles out unless you chase and chase and chase. It's been a month since our kitchen was installed and we are still waiting on parts to be installed that are currently just sitting in the middle of our house (one is a very tall piece of worktop border that goes up to our ceiling.) Wren's customer service team (once your kitchen is installed no one at the store can help you anymore, so you get passed on to their call centre) told us to just throw these parts away, despite two of them being essential to finishing the kitchen. We have been told several times now by the chosen installer that they'd come and finish this and we keep getting cancelled on or ghosted and given excuses. It's gotten beyond a joke now and I wish we hadn't gone with Wren for all of this. We have already been through a lot of emotional turmoil with the amount of work we've had to put into making our house safe and habitable, this was not an additional stressor that either of us needed, especially as first time homeowners. I've raised a formal complaint and have taken it to the ombudsman. Recommend you look elsewhere for your new kitchen.

  Good units, but the same can’t be said about the quote “ luxury laminate worktops” installed less than 2 months and already water damaged/lifting at the joint near the sink! Complained to wrens and was offered new worktops at a discount price! No replacement offered as they said they were installed incorrectly, although the pieces of measured worktop they sent me which was measured and designed by them were sent and could have only been installed 1 way! Then they blamed it on my cleansing products and that that has caused the color fill they provided to breakdown after les than 3 months and this caused the damage! Let me tell you what the problem is. The worktops are very pooor quality! They are not Durable near a sink and should not be offered for sale if you need a joint near a sink! We raised our concerns about this with the designer and was told “ don’t worry they are highly durable and you won’t have any issues, yeah ok, so now they want me to buy some more of this cheap poor crap, no I don’t think so I wouldn’t have anymore of that stuff If it was free!! So my advice to others is do not buy this stuff if you need a join near a sink or don’t buy it all all!! Thanks wrens £10000 kitchen installed probs won’t get 10 months out of it
