  We had a home design appointment by the lovely Oliver Brookfield from the Wren Blackburn team. He was very professional and provided a thorough service, answering all our questions, offering advice and was very enthusiastic in making our kitchen design work for us. Would definitely reccommend a home design appointment with Oliver if you are looking for kitchen quotes. Oliver followed up with us and even worked hard to apply whatever discounts he could. He wasn't pushy and respected our decisions. Thank you :)

  Bought a kitchen from here. Customer service was unreal…until we had signed the contract and paid the deposit, then it dropped off a cliff. Emails and phone calls were no longer answered. It seemed very disingenuous: they just didn’t care once they had our cash. The kitchen itself seems decent enough quality. We used our own fitter and he was particularly complimentary of the worktops. That said, the porcelain sink got a cosmetic crack in it within the first month. I can’t be bothered claiming on it because I strongly suspect they’ll just say we did it by dropping something in it, which isn’t the case.

  Shocking experience, went in looking to buy a kitchen. I stood in the shops for 15 minutes sales reps walked past a couple of times and did not even say hello or can I help you. This happened on three separate occasions. Zero customer service, shame I can’t give them a zero.

  I recently visited Wren Kitchens and just wanted to say how impressed I was with the service I received from Louis. His service and presentation were absolutely excellent from start to finish. Louis was professional, friendly, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. He explained everything clearly, gave helpful advice, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. His presentation of the kitchen design was outstanding and really helped me visualise everything perfectly. It’s rare to come across such high-quality customer service, and Louis truly went above and beyond. I would highly recommend asking for him if you’re visiting Wren Kitchens!
