  I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Wren Kitchens from start to finish. My kitchen delivery was delayed by approximately 4 weeks, and when it finally arrived it was incomplete. Since then, I have had to deal with repeated replacement orders, further delays, and very poor communication throughout the process. I have had to chase multiple times for updates, with promised responses not being provided unless I repeatedly followed up. What should have been a straightforward installation has now turned into a drawn-out process lasting several weeks without a completed kitchen. At the time of writing, I am still waiting for final replacement units with a delivery date significantly later than originally expected. This has caused a great deal of inconvenience and disruption. While I understand that issues can happen with large orders, the level of delay and lack of communication experienced here has been unacceptable for such a major purchase. Please listen to this review and choose anywhere else but Wren for your kitchen. Even if some reviews are positive, most of them are referencing the showroom and not the most important thing, the actual kitchen. If you want your kitchen to be met with constant delays and shocking customer service, go ahead. As I write this, I’m on the complaints line waiting for a person to speak to, it’s been 45 minutes and I still haven’t been put through. Absolute disgrace of a company, please save your time, money and most importantly your sanity because Wren will take all that from you. This is nothing against the staff in the showroom, because they can’t do much - which is ridiculous in itself but out of their hands. Long story short : don’t pick Wren.

  The team at wren blackburn are excellent. I got a warm welcome right from my first visit. My kitchen designer is Louis who has been great from the word go and would highly recommend. I have been in store to make alterations 3 times, had the surveyor out twice and the joiner himself is due out for another visit, this shows how committed they all are into making sure your kitchen is going to be done to a high standard and how keen they are to make your vision a reality.

  We had a home design appointment by the lovely Oliver Brookfield from the Wren Blackburn team. He was very professional and provided a thorough service, answering all our questions, offering advice and was very enthusiastic in making our kitchen design work for us. Would definitely reccommend a home design appointment with Oliver if you are looking for kitchen quotes. Oliver followed up with us and even worked hard to apply whatever discounts he could. He wasn't pushy and respected our decisions. Thank you :)
