- WBWardrobe BoutiqueAug 28, 20191.0My mum and dad recently had a kitchen fitted by Magnet Kitchens, from the word go, the experience was horrendous. The delivery of the kitchen was two days late. Then magnet and the joiner obviously hadn't measured or reviewed the plans correctly as the corner unit didn't fit, the heated plate drawer was missing, the customer service has been shocking. It was stated it would take 3 weeks for the kitchen to be complete. We are now on week 10 and this has only just been completed. The fridge arrived with a dint in, pieces of the kitchen were missing, all in all i wouldn't recommend magnet to anyone i would have had better service from B & Q!
