  Having a very poor experience currently, only needed a delivery as wanted fitting earlier. Missing unit now taking nearly 2 weeks to come, worktop now delayed on the back of this. Units (apart from last one) will all be installed but sink and hob top won't be installed because of worktop delay. There's a way around this which I've explained to them but they're not budging. House full when kitchen should be done but now won't be operational. My partner was getting a kitchen done next year but won't be using Wren now.

  Wren were really good all the way from the showroom to the installation the kitchen looks fantastic and is really good quality and I would recommend anyone to use Wren.

  If I could give them a 0 I would. You guys are better off going to ikea where you’re going to get the exact same cr** for a quarter of the price. I paid nearly £5000 for bedroom sliding draws. Ordered back in August. Fitter came out in September to fit the draws. We paid for the fitter as well so that was included in the price and there responsibility but they will tell you they separate but it’s still there problem because if you don’t trust them don’t offer the service to your customers. The draws were fitted wrong and my father has been going forward and back with them for multiple months. They sent new draws out for delivery. Two weeks later a joiner came and said there’s no point me putting them on because the same will happen again and left. Now I’ve received two more draws from them and the joiner has messaged that he will contact me on the 16th so let’s see how that goes. I have everything recorded of the times and dates I have attended the store and the individuals I have spoken to. Also the care team who I have been speaking to over the phone with the times and dates. I was made aware it was someone by the name of Milly who is dealing with my case but has not had the decency to even call me once to speak to me. After spending nearly £5k you would expect a courtesy call after being contacted multiple times but no. Again on the 2nd February I called the care team and spoke to Adam who was helpful at 14:12hours who looked if she was free which is was but told him to tell me she would contact the installer and then call me back but guess what, nothing. Every single interaction has been recorded including speaking to Molly from the care team on the 30th January at 11am who was also very helpful and left a message for the mysterious Milly to contact me. I am going to let the joiner fix them this one last time and if it doesn’t do the job it will be a complain that I make sure shakes the store from the core.

  Me and my husband went to see a kitchen without any appointment today. The most lovely kitchen designer went out of her way to make time for us, Bonnie Clay helped us design the most beautiful kitchen. She was so friendly, helpful and had an eye for detail. By far one of the nicest experiences we’ve had in a show room. Bonnie is an amazing asset to the wren team. Thank you so much.
