  We were so looking forward to our new kitchen but sadly has been one disaster after another! Should of taken a week to install and we are now going into our fourth week! We have a long list of complaints-damaged items-deliveries not coming when they said they were-our freezer isnt working and told them days ago and nothing been done! This has been so upsetting for me and my husband! Terrible experience with wren! Taken so much time off work and still the kitchens not finished-costing us a fortune in food with no freezer still!!! The list is endless-we have never been treat so poorly-we arent ones to complain and we have been vety patient but enough is enough!!! No idea when this will ever be finished! Its been a disater all the way!!!

  Please, if you need anything doing to your home, DO NOT USE WREN!!!!!!!! We are using them for our kitchen and they are a bunch of cowboys. The designer at the Hull store incorrectly measured the floor space of our open plan kitchen resulting in only enough tiles to do half the floor, this is somehow our error and we as the customer have had to fork out £1000 for more tiles because Wren were refusing to accept the error on their part. We are highly dissatisfied, and hoping there are no further issues during the installation. Service was great when they try and sell a kitchen, once ordered the service is non existent. Avoid this company like the plague.

  This is the second kitchen we have bought from Wren due to moving house. One was the handleless modern style and the most recent a traditional shaker style.The delivery guys covered all of our floors when unloading, we had a couple of small issues but Wren sorted it. Can highly recommend Wren, from the sales person we dealt with to the after sales care.

  I was pleased at the delivery and the installation,but since I had the kitchen installed,I had had problems with the phlinx,which I was told recently that it had not been measured up properly ,but this was rectified by an independent installer.Also I was also aggrieved to be informed by the independent installer that I should have been given a touch up kit,incase I ever have any chips to the cabinets etc.When I informed Wren I was wrongly informed that myself and my wife had refused the touch up kit,but this was a pack of lies and wasn't very happy.The second replacement took over a month to arrive and numerous calls and emails were sent to Wren.I felt that the customer service was very poor and ignorant.
