- AOAndy OfflerSep 24, 20265.0Speak as you find, our independent fitter uses wren, I’ll be honest did make me a little worried but he came highly recommended so we put our trust in him and Liam the designer and planner. Our units have been installed to perfection and look amazing, the quality of the units feels very robust. Our worktops were from a different supplier. The were a few faulty items that came to light after delivery but these were quickly replaced to allow fitting to continue to the schedule. Overall we are very happy with the finished kitchen

Should of taken a week to install and we are now going into our fourth week! We have a long list of complaints-damaged items-deliveries not coming when they said they were-our freezer isnt working and told them days ago and nothing been done! This has been so upsetting for me and my husband! Terrible experience with wren! Taken so much time off work and still the kitchens not finished-costing us a fortune in food with no freezer still!!! The list is endless-we have never been treat so poorly-we arent ones to complain and we have been vety patient but enough is enough!!! No idea when this will ever be finished! Its been a disater all the way!!!
- SKSophie KettlewellMay 14, 20261.0Please, if you need anything doing to your home, DO NOT USE WREN!!!!!!!! We are using them for our kitchen and they are a bunch of cowboys. The designer at the Hull store incorrectly measured the floor space of our open plan kitchen resulting in only enough tiles to do half the floor, this is somehow our error and we as the customer have had to fork out £1000 for more tiles because Wren were refusing to accept the error on their part. We are highly dissatisfied, and hoping there are no further issues during the installation. Service was great when they try and sell a kitchen, once ordered the service is non existent. Avoid this company like the plague.

Yes, we offer a free, no obligation design package worth up to �200. One of our surveyors will visit your home and take detailed measurements of your space which will be uploaded to our system. You will then meet your very own designer who will produce a 3D plan of your room based on your ideas. Speak to an advisor for more information.
How long does it take to get a Wren kitchen?
Once you have discovered your dream Wren Kitchen and placed your order, we will aim to deliver your kitchen within four weeks.
Who can I contact if I have an issue with my order?
In the unlikely event, there are damaged or missing items within your order, we currently have a lead time of up to 10 days for replacement items.
