- SBSarah BrownOct 19, 20205.0Been having a great experience with Howdens lately, we are in the middle of a flat conversion and Howdens have been very helpful in organising a site visit for the kitchen plan (thank you Sophie!) also Young Ryan (aka Bart) has been great with our order ring for materials and looking after our business clients when they have come down to the Sittingbourne branch, thanks again Howdens!
- TBtony burtonSep 24, 20201.0Ordered several worktops breakfast bar and upstands for a local job to sittingbourne branch. I ordered them through my usual branch for collection from sittingbourne. Waited a week for them to come in. Phoned branch to check they had arrived and was told they was there. Went down next day to collect . Young lad on counter wasnt intrested in sorting them out even though I had my copy of receipt. Said he couldn't find on computer... started to get shirty with me and muttered why should I look I've not earned any commission from it. Rung my usual branch who couldnt apologise enough for his lack of interest and bad attitude. Walked out and into magnet next door . If you dont want trade peoples money then fair enough I will spend it somewhere else. Be nice if you bothered to reply rather than just delete the review
