We have been recommended this company by the builder. BUT, the quality of doors, door handles does not meet the expectations. Less than six months after installation, the door handle latch gets stuck. The doors split at the bottom. Would not touch with a barge pole. Go on...give me your best shot to argue my feedback. What's your excuse? Update, keep tightening the screws on the door handles. Hi update: repairing of the door handles is never ending the latch keeps getting stuck inside.. Second update August 23: The door handles quality is terrible, same problem as above. I note the owner left a response to my review...has anyone had their faulty product rectified? Update October2024, keep tightening the point cone grub screws, these are under the handle, they keep coming out no wonder how much I tighten them! I could glue them but why should I? The door latch on doors does not retract, I need to repair these on weekly basis, totally infuriating! Another update -DO NOT BUY DOOR HANDLES FROM THIS COMPANY, I keep repairing them daily! 02/03/2026 I am stil repairing the door handles on weekly basis. This time the door latch is stuck cannot open it at all despite removing the external parts if the door handle !!!!

Howdens supplies products, we do not fit. The only fitting service we have is for solid surfaces. Your local depot can help you with finding someone if you don't know where to start.
