Avoid Wren!
Our experience from start to finish has been extremely disappointing.
We visited the Twells Wren showroom and worked with designer Sarah, who produced a kitchen design and quotation. When we returned just a couple of weeks later to place the order, the price had increased significantly, and refused to honour the original quotation.
Despite this, due to time constraints we reluctantly went ahead with the purchase. When the kitchen was delivered, several items were missing. Rather than simply resolving the issue, customer services questioned whether the items were actually missing and made us jump through multiple hoops before agreeing to send replacements.
The biggest issue came after installation. We discovered that a key finishing trim needed to complete the kitchen was missing. This was particularly frustrating because Sarah had included this trim in our kitchen design and assured us it would be supplied as part of the order. We relied on that when deciding to buy the kitchen.
When we contacted customer services, we were then told that this trim isn't even manufactured in our chosen kitchen colour. Instead, we were told we could have the trim in a different colour, which would completely spoil the appearance of a brand-new kitchen. If the trim doesn't exist in our chosen colour, it should never have been promised or included in the design in the first place.
We've since contacted both the showroom and customer services several times, but no one has been willing to take ownership of the problem or provide a proper solution. We're now left with an expensive kitchen that cannot be finished as it was designed and sold to us.
Based on our experience, I wouldn't recommend Wren. Sarah and Wren made promises that couldn't be delivered, the after-sales support has been poor, and we've been left with an incomplete kitchen. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

Redesigning a small kitchen is something of a challenge, but Callum Donaghu of Wren in Tunbridge Wells rose to the occasion. He met my demands for as much storage space as possible, and managed to fit in all my appliances. I am very pleased with the result.

We had our kitchen designed by Chloe at Wren Tunbridge Wells, and my wife and I were genuinely impressed by her attention to detail, deep product knowledge, and professional approach throughout the entire process.
Our extension took longer than expected, but we were consistently reassured along the way. Once the kitchen was finally fitted, we were equally impressed with Wren’s after‑sales support — especially Charlotte, who handled everything quickly, efficiently, and with real care.
I don’t often leave reviews, but this experience absolutely deserved one.
