  Rae and Sarah have both been fantastic to work with, right from the initial planning phase to ongoing support after delivery and everything in between including agreeing to make a last minute change to the design, answering queries about how to fit items, arranging a replacement of a damaged unit very quickly and resolving an issue with the handles. The friendly service they have provided has been excellent and we’d happily recommend them to others.

  I can honestly say I had. A brilliant experience at my local Magnet store. Rachel was my kitchen designer and she nail the brief on what I wanted for my new kitchen. I felt very looked after by Rachel and her manager Ashley they are very friendly and helpful and answered all my questions . I would recommend them to anyone due to the great level of service I recieved from them in store and via phone and email the kept me informed at all times.

  Great experience with Magnet and various staff members at Maidstone branch I dealt with... Sarah, Rae and Ashleigh. I liked their kitchens best out of my local suppliers. Good showroom layout too to be able to see various options and fittings and fixtures. Designed and measured by Sarah. Great layout and very adaptable with ideas and suggestions. Minor issues resolved with measurements during my new kitchen extension. Price was about right first time around, which saved me trying to haggle with other firms. Delivery went well...lads were respectful and careful with kitchen. Lots of boxes, even when units already assembled! Marking on boxes could be a little clearer, codes and delivery sheet not ideal, making finding specific item frustrating. But managed in the end. I purchased my electrical goods and worktops separately which helped with costs. Girls at Maidstone available and very helpful when I wanted to order another cabinet...in addition to those planned post delivery. Overall great experience and very happy with final result.

  We recently bought our new kitchen from Magnet Maidstone, and we couldn't be happier with both the kitchen and the service we received. From the very beginning, Sarah was amazing to deal with. She was friendly, approachable, and incredibly knowledgeable, making the whole process so much easier. She took the time to understand exactly what we wanted, offered great advice, and kept us informed every step of the way. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her attention to detail really stood out. Buying a new kitchen can be quite daunting, but Sarah made it a genuinely enjoyable experience. We're absolutely delighted with the finished result and would highly recommend Magnet to anyone looking for a quality kitchen and outstanding customer service. Thank you, Sarah, for all your help!
