    Ordered full height wardrobes in two bedrooms and a standard one in the third room. Installation was done on 13 March, but after fitting, the installer informed us that the two wardrobes were not full height and there was a 17mm gap left at the top. When I contacted customer care, I was told it “couldn’t be done” because I had not ordered full height wardrobes — despite clearly mentioning this during the order process. The designer- W.B., failed to include it correctly and then started blaming me instead of taking responsibility. After many emails and constant chasing, they finally agreed to send the required parts to complete the installation. However, I was then told I would need to pay again for the installation myself. It has now been over 2 and a half months waiting for the installation to be properly completed. Extremely poor customer service from the whole team. Shameful experience. If this is how they handle installation issues, I can only imagine how bad their warranty support will be. Requested for a call back many times from designer but after sale these guys don't care, their customer service team is to balme customer but no help. And please do not reply asking me to contact you again for more details below this review — that just feels like another way to avoid responsibility instead of solving customers’ problems.

    AVOID!! We had a great showroom experience at Wren in Aylesford (Maidstone) with David, but once we had paid for it, it then all went down hill. We are 2 months in and still our kitchen is incomplete. Our first delivery arrived and the delivery team just stacked it all ontop of each other in our garage, I asked them to put certain items into the kitchen which they said they couldn't do. We started to unpack the items, one door with damage, second door with defects, third door with marks and so on, out of 24 doors ordered, 22 had some form of damage either that be a large scratch, friction burns on the sides, damaged corners, all were damaged. Plus cabinets chipped, shelves not aligning correctly and drawer mechanisms faulty. 90% of our kitchen arrived damaged!! Wren obviously have no Quality Control and there packering is non existent. Items sent in a cupboard box with very little protection. Now I had the gruelling job of ordering the replacements through there app, this meant taking several pictures of all the damaged items and uploading them. Then you have to wait for the customer care team to check and authorise and this isn't a quick process, so a few days later items ordered, but you have to wait a week for delivery, no urgency. Second delivery arrives, we check items, more damaged items arrive. Absolute joke! So have to order more items, but this time I can't order it on the app ans have to send videos and picures via email, More delays and guess what they don't collect the damaged ones, so they expect the customer to dispose of the damaged ones too. So we wait another week for delivery, but this one decided to not bother turning up, even though they sent a text to say "will be with you within the hour", so I have taken time off work to be at home for the delivery and it doesn't arrive, absolutely disgraceful! So talk to someone in customer care, who didn't apologise, showed no compassion and didn't seem like they cared at all, so escalated my complaint and was assigned a case manager from the resolution team who offered to refund my delivery charge. Fourth delivery arranged, another week later more items arrived and more were damaged, this is getting ridiculous now. So I then got in touch with the Furniture Financial Obudsmen to deal with them(this is still on going),as the quality of the goods was not acceptable and I had paid for a new kitchen and wasnt accepting anything less. So again I can't order through the app, so have to send a list of the items we still need, send more videos and pictures, wait days for replies and when they did reply it was either they didn't recieve the pictures or the video didn't show the problem. The so called "resolution team" have done absolutely no resolving at all, they are useless. So I am still waiting on items to be delivered after 8 weeks!! What should of been a great experience, has in fact been a complete disaster and one of the most stressful times of my life. This experience and the excitement of getting a new kitchen has been ruined. PLEASE think twice about purchasing from Wren Kitchens!!

    We had a positive experience with Wren Kitchens. Wendy, our kitchen designer was very knowledgable and helped us get the kitchen we wanted. Be aware that the price of the kitchen does not include additional plumbing, electrics, plastering, etc. The kitchen fitter recommended by Wren did a great job.
