It's been a mixed experience with Isle of Wight Magnet.
We had a kitchen put in a year ago.
I had to fight for the design I wanted. And, I had to try and work out how we could do this.
The process of fitting the kitchen was as expected - noisy, dusty and disruptive to life.
After kitchen was in a few things have gone awry..
1) Floorboard came up and had to be re-glued - has since come up again.
2) Front of dishwasher came off and had to be put back on.
3)Tumble dryer stopped working as when we tried to use it it tripped the entire electrical circuit (was not doing this before). We bought a new tumble dryer only to discover on having it installed that the reason the old one was tripping the circuit was because the cord was rubbing against the hole the kitchen fitter had cut and the cord has nearly worn away down to the wires!! Highly dangerous!! And, the Magnet Kitchen Fitter was a seasoned fitter and clearly should have known this.
4) One of the drawers that had been put in has started to rub against the next drawer wearing away the corner of this next drawer. Yet to get this sorted.
So. Not a great experience.

Terrible service, very poor quality goods. Lengthy delivery times, wrong stuff delivered, wrong size, no support, still wrong. Terrible in my experience. I would never spend money with them again.
