  We are absolutely delighted with our new Wren kitchen and couldn't recommend the experience highly enough. From our very first meeting, Olga, our designer, was fantastic. She immediately understood what we were looking for and made numerous thoughtful recommendations based on her understanding of our style and what she felt would work best for us. She was also always mindful of our budget and helped us achieve the look we wanted without compromising on the things that mattered most to us. Throughout the design process, Olga was incredibly patient and helpful. We had several additional meetings to tweak and refine the design, and she was always happy to make changes and offer further advice. Her knowledge, enthusiasm and attention to detail made the whole process so much easier, and we couldn't rate her highly enough. The quality of the kitchen itself is excellent and we are thrilled with the finished result. When we discovered a small chip in one of the doors, Wren's customer service team were also quick and efficient in arranging a replacement. Overall, we are extremely happy with both our kitchen and the service we received from Wren. A particular thank you to Olga for making the whole design process such a positive experience!

  Poor customer care… I recently had my kitchen designed by Wren, at the onset they looked like they knew what they were doing but turned out they gave us the cheapest option which was not displayed in the showroom - Vogue flat pack. The finish is not good at all you can see all the nails on the top cabinets. Also visible groves on the wall panels. They try and blame the installer, but it’s the design, very poor after sales support to get issues like this rectified. So be aware of all these when you choose your design. They only have the top brands displayed in the showroom…

  I had an excellent experience with Mohib at Wren Kitchens Watford. From the very beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and patient, helping me choose the perfect kitchen to suit my needs and budget. He kept me informed throughout the process, and everything went smoothly from ordering to delivery. The kitchen has now been delivered and fitted, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The quality is fantastic, and everything was exactly as promised. Mohib’s customer service was outstanding, and he made the whole experience stress-free. I would highly recommend Mohib to anyone looking for a new kitchen. Thank you for all your help! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Olga our kitchen designer had great knowledge about designing the kitchen. Upon listening to our needs and taste she produced a fantastic design adding her own expertise as well. Extremely satisfied with her work! She is a lovely person with great customer service.

  The showroom is bright and welcoming, and I found all the staff I dealt with helpful. A great system is available for you to use at the back of the store on the first floor to envisage your kitchen by swapping the door, top and handles as many times as you like before you sit with a designer. The designer and visual aids helped you see what your new kitchen would be like. I came home with all measurements and clear paperwork to be able to see what would work and what needed adjusting in my kitchen and communicated easily with the designer on more than one occassion to look to get this right. The only reason I didn't proceed with Wrens was the colour work top I wanted wasn't sold by Wrens. One negative comment I have is the return of my deposit, i was advised right at the beginning it would take 30 days to refund, I am still in the 30 days but with the technology in banking nowadays I am surprised the length of time needed.
