  We had an excellent experience with Wren’s kitchen design service, particularly with Steve from the Stevenage branch. I only leave Google reviews when the service is truly exceptional, and this experience was flawless compared with any other supplier we visited. From the initial measuring appointment through to the final design, the process was far better than with some other leading kitchen suppliers. The measurements were taken with great precision before the design appointment, down to the smallest detail, so there was no need for any follow-up checks. The design appointment itself was smooth and well thought out, fully taking into account all of our requirements, with suggestions for improvements only where they genuinely made practical sense. I couldn’t recommend Steve more highly — he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout.

  Amazing team, even when my designer wasn't available someone was always happy to help me. Id never done this before so they respected my naivety and helped me with every step of the way. I had so many questions and wishes and they were able to help with every single one. Would 100% recommend and go there again in the future.

  We were treated extremely well by the kitchen planner, who was meticulous in his detail and offers of alternatives. They bent over backwards to accommodate a delay in delivering due to unplanned hospitalization. The kitchen is now virtually finished, and the result is superb. One smaĺl job remains, which I'm hoping will be done soon. There were some problems along the way, including significant disruption for new electric cables, necessitating two bedroom floors being cut up and the resultant dust on sift furnishings. The fitters worked hard to overcome unexpected problems, although we would have liked fewer early finishes to attend other customers. Wrens have been very diligent and professional throughput. I would certainly recommend the Stevenage store on the basis of our experience.

  Great customer service in store, excellent advice and planning service. Fitters were very good but overworked with too many jobs which meant slower fitting than I would have liked.
