- GRGraeme RiddleJun 30, 20261.0Absolutely terrible, don't bother. Measured bedroom incorrectly. First fitter walked out after first day as he said this installation was beyond his means and we were left to sleep on the floor for three weeks until a team who were capable could fit our bedroom. My wife has crumbling vertebrae. The work he did do was pathetic and where the pipes were rubbing against the wardrobe it kept us awake all night; see photos Eventually bedroom installed we had bought a smaller bed frame but Wrens had just measured the the size of a mattress. Which means one of the wardrobe doors doesn't open properly and hence the shoe rack doesn't pull out. We submitted a complaint and had a phone call from David, he refused to give his surname and offered us a whole £150 compensation. Absolute insult. Unfortunately i wasn't able to give no stars at all. Do yourself a favour go somewhere else!!!

Id never done this before so they respected my naivety and helped me with every step of the way. I had so many questions and wishes and they were able to help with every single one. Would 100% recommend and go there again in the future.
