- JJJOSHOct 6, 20255.0I couldn't possibly articulate the extent of how pleased i am with the service I was provided by Jean Jones, Jean is professional, funny and cares solely about you getting the best level of customer service possible. I've been to several companies such as Howdens/Wicks/Wren etc and decided to go with Magnet based on the experience i had with Jean. She made me feel calm and relaxed throughout the entire process and communicated with me constantly, also helping me with worktop/kitchen fitters. i couldn't recommend Jean/Magnet any more!

From pictures to plan was an incredible transformation, a couple of minor tweaks and we were good to go. Four weeks later and Kevin the experienced fitter and his son put the finishing touches on my kitchen. And it is stunning. I can’t thank Josh and the team at Stevenage enough. Josh has an uncanny knack of knowing what you want. He and the fitters are a credit to Magnet.
