- JJJOSHOct 6, 20255.0I couldn't possibly articulate the extent of how pleased i am with the service I was provided by Jean Jones, Jean is professional, funny and cares solely about you getting the best level of customer service possible. I've been to several companies such as Howdens/Wicks/Wren etc and decided to go with Magnet based on the experience i had with Jean. She made me feel calm and relaxed throughout the entire process and communicated with me constantly, also helping me with worktop/kitchen fitters. i couldn't recommend Jean/Magnet any more!

- YYYanessa.ZAug 29, 20221.0I have booked an appointment for a surveyor to come and make the measurements of our kitchen. This booking has been changed twice with a short notice. Eventually after 4 weeks of waiting, a surveyor came 15 min earlier of an agreed time and could not be asked to wait till we got home 5 min later. I called the main office to ask why a surveyor left before our appointment time and has been told that actually they were trying to be good and came earlier. But then why to leave earlier? No words. Just a total disappointment and frustration as I waisted 4 weeks of waiting. In the way I am glad it happened before we committed with this company as later on we would have had bigger problems.
