Excellent service from Magnet in St. Albans for our kitchen from design to installation. Natasha was brilliant, very attentive and detail-oriented. She helped us throughout the entire planning and design process and even after with the kitchen fitting. She was able to guide us in the right direction and advise us on what would work best for our kitchen, even if what we wanted wasn’t practical in the long run she was able to offer alternatives that worked better. Natasha even measured the height of the jars in my cupboard to ensure the new unit would fit them all! So glad I chose to do my kitchen with Magnet. Definitely recommend their services which ensures the stress of a new kitchen is made that much easier.

I don't normally write reviews but given our recent experience of having a new kitchen designed and installed by Magnet in St. Albans I felt compelled to share our experience as this company provided us, not only with a beautiful & practical kitchen, but also a level of service that was outstanding.
Natasha looked after us throughout the entire project, from providing us with a very informative introduction to the Magnet range so that we were able to make informed decisions about the choices we made. After she presented his initial design he was very patient and took great care to work through all the details with us until we were completely happy with every detail.
Once we placed the order, delivery & fitting dates were agreed and everything arrived on time and all the original dates were honoured.

Avoid at all costs! 9 weeks since we started our kitchen renovation with a magnet kitchen through one of their approved and recommended installers, A S Brown. Leaking dishwasher, damaged units, wonky appliances, never ending list of errors! Magnet project manager disappeared as soon as we had paid the deposit. A S Brown are just telling lies and taking no pride in the work they do. I’d not recommend either Magnet or A S Brown.
