Please do not use Magnet - Go to Howdens, Wren or DIY Kitchens - they have much better reviews and word of mouth customer service.
In total we were 8 weeks delayed on a premium Magnet kitchen due to the team in St Albans sending the wrong products ( multiple times) and designing in the wrong items as they weren't aware of their own products. Costs incurred at our expense and the offer of £250gbp as a response from Magnet following a drawn out complaints period - despite management in St Albans telling us it was their issue.
No apology either. Please spend your money and time with a company that cares about the customer.

After reading some of the reviews, I wasn’t sure what to expect when I walked into Magnet in St Albans, but I’m so glad I went. The team genuinely listened to everything I wanted and went out of their way to make the whole process easy. There were no bumps along the way, and the kitchen was designed beautifully. A special thank‑you to the manager as well, who was consistently supportive throughout.

I went into the Magnet St albans branch and Ketan was very professional and guided me throw the process and helped me design and cost my kitchen, the quality of Magnet kitchens were better then other companies. he also helped with any concern I had and answers them.

We had a great experience with Magnet Kitchens in St Albans and couldn’t be happier with the result. From our first visit to the showroom, the team were friendly, approachable, and easy to talk to. They listened carefully to what we wanted and gave honest advice without any pressure.
The designer was brilliant!! Very patient, knowledgeable, and full of helpful ideas that made a real difference to the final layout. Everything was explained clearly, and we always felt involved and confident in the decisions we were making. The quality of the kitchen is excellent and you can really feel the difference in the finish and build.
The installation went smoothly and the fitters were professional, punctual, and respectful of our home. They worked hard, kept things tidy, and took pride in getting the details right. Any questions we had along the way were dealt with quickly, which made the whole process feel stress-free.
Now that it’s finished, we absolutely love our new kitchen. It looks great, works perfectly, and has completely transformed the space. We’ve already had lots of compliments from friends and family.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Magnet Kitchens in St Albans - a genuinely positive experience from start to finish!!!

A really great experience we had at the St Albans branch as we had a few let downs from other companies that i shall not name but these guys were very professional and helpful and guided us making the purchase of our beautiful kitchen!
