- JSJohnny SmithJun 7, 20262.0I only went in for 2 items and neither were in stock. Was recommended by staff to go to competitor stores to get what I needed, which I found very strange, and unhelpful. I wasn't even offered the chance to order the items to collect another time. Weird.

But have to say will seriously be considering going to screwfix 2 doors down from now on. Tonight when my girlfriend arrived with plenty of time seeing as on the door it says closes at 6pm winter hours. One of the staff members pulled the door closed and locked it as she approached then when told it says on door open till 6 the guy shock his head and walked off, all of this was after they watched her get a toddler out of the car ect. To be completely honest i find the staff quite childish and rude and managment need to seriously review the staff.
