- NONidai OmarApr 7, 20251.0We booked a kitchen design appointment with the in-house kitchen designer at the Potters bar branch. I had a phone call a couple of hours before our appointment, which was simply to confirm the appointment and to question me on why I haven't filled in my online profile, which they created for me. I have actually filled it in, but some kind of system glitch meant that she never received it, so I said I would bring the plans and dimensions of the room with which she agreed. Then, when we arrived at the potters bar depot, we were greeted nicely by 2 ladies and gentlemen. After that, it felt like we were in school, and the school teacher was telling us both off. The was this woman spoke to us was very patronising and angry towards us as if we done something to upset her! She kept on saying she wanted to be transparent with us and saying, "Do you understand?". I have never been treated this way in my entire life. I could hear the thrustration and anger in her voice when she was talking to us. In the i was beginning to get angry because of the way we were being treated by this woman, my wife and I both felt the same so simply agreed to walk out of this place and we did. If I could give this woman and less star's on this review, I would give her -100! We were expecting to walk out of there with the kitchen of our dreams. Instead, we ended up with stress and patronising woman! I do not recommend this place at all!!! Hopefully, other branch in-house designers are not like this designer as they lose business all the time unless magnet kitchens are OK with this, then good luck to them. Don't use the Potters bar branch!!!!

The fitter Steve they recommended was marvellous, very professional and a high standard of workmanship, would totally recommend.
- DDDomadillaJan 14, 20191.0After being given a quote they were very inflexible on price despite the fact that a previous branch i dealt with told me all the prices are negotiable. In the end I went to Welwyn Garden City branch with the quote from Potters Bar and they took £600 off!
