  We purchased our kitchen through John at the Hemel Hempstead branch, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From the very beginning, John was incredibly patient, professional, and helpful. He took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly, no matter how many we had. Even on his days off, he responded to our queries with kindness and a positive attitude. What impressed us most was his willingness to answer repeated questions without ever showing frustration. He always had a smile on his face and made us feel supported throughout the entire process. We are truly grateful for all the help and guidance he provided. In my opinion, John is one of the best employees at Wren, and we feel very fortunate to have had his assistance.   Just wanted to say we had a brilliant experience at Wren today. Big shout out to Jon and Sunny for organising everything so smoothly. John was fantastic - really knowledgeable about kitchen designs and layouts, incredibly patient while we worked through decisions, and super friendly throughout. He listened to what we wanted rather than pushing a sale, so it felt like proper service, not a sales pitch. We’d definitely recommend Wren and would specifically ask for John if you can. Thanks again to the whole team.

  Absolutely delighted with the whole experience. Our new kitchen was designed beautifully, fitted smoothly, and has transformed family meals and weekend baking. Friendly staff, brilliant attention to detail, and superb quality throughout. Couldn’t be happier with the result.

  Wren: Made for Living? More like Made for Regretting. I spent £27,500 to get a 'premium' kitchen, only to find it finished with cheap stickers that don't even match the walnut grain. If you have a £5k budget, Wren might be 'Made for Living,' but if you spend £27k, it’s Made for Cutting Corners. I paid for a bespoke masterpiece and got a DIY sticker book. Absolutely embarrassing attention to detail."
