  We visited Wren Kitchens in Hemel Hempstead last Saturday and had a very positive experience. They have a great range of kitchen designs and plenty of options to choose from. Mr John was extremely helpful and gave us a clear and detailed explanation about the kitchen cupboards and different options available. His customer service was excellent. He was very friendly, polite and professional throughout our visit. Highly recommended 👍🏻

  The store staff were great, I have no issue with the process of designing and ordering my wardrobe. The installation was brilliant. The delivery guys weren't that great, they damaged walls taking the stuff upstairs and wouldn't take a part of it up because it was "too heavy" myself and the installer took it up without any issues. Maybe the need to go to the gym. My main issue is with contacting head office, 30 minute wait times is completely unacceptable. The waste collection was also an issue. Booked for 2 weeks after installation. I cancelled the collection and took it to the recycling centre myself and have asked for a refund. I have had no response about this, So what started with a positive experience has ended with a negative one. If I get the refund, I will change my review. I have now been issued a refund for the waste collection, a big thank you to Matthew for sorting this out for me! I will probably return when I need the kitchen doing.

  We purchased our kitchen through John at the Hemel Hempstead branch, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From the very beginning, John was incredibly patient, professional, and helpful. He took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly, no matter how many we had. Even on his days off, he responded to our queries with kindness and a positive attitude. What impressed us most was his willingness to answer repeated questions without ever showing frustration. He always had a smile on his face and made us feel supported throughout the entire process. We are truly grateful for all the help and guidance he provided. In my opinion, John is one of the best employees at Wren, and we feel very fortunate to have had his assistance.   Just wanted to say we had a brilliant experience at Wren today. Big shout out to Jon and Sunny for organising everything so smoothly. John was fantastic - really knowledgeable about kitchen designs and layouts, incredibly patient while we worked through decisions, and super friendly throughout. He listened to what we wanted rather than pushing a sale, so it felt like proper service, not a sales pitch. We’d definitely recommend Wren and would specifically ask for John if you can. Thanks again to the whole team.
